I had an indoor unit and they kept everything very secure with a code to get past the main gate and into the inside storage area. I would definitely use them again should the need ever arise.”

“I’ve visited Istorage property on Central several times, and I’ve noticed that Charrissa Vaughn is always there working hard to keep the place clean and safe. I feel much more comfortable when she’s on the property, and it looks better than it has in a long time. One day I heard her speaking with someone who had been staying on the property, and they were genuinely grateful for the information she shared about getting into housing and helping themselves.
Charrissa is humble, direct, and has a heart of gold. Her job isn’t easy, but she handles it with strength and respect, even when dealing with people who can be difficult. She treats everyone with dignity and still gets her work done exceptionally well.

“I began my experience with Mini Storage Depot two summers ago when I needed a unit to store my furniture and personal belongings-- I began speaking with David the manager and I knew instantly that I could trust him and that he would provide me the best service at the best price so there was no contest! I immediately signed up for a 10x20 storage unit, which actually was a great Advantage because of its L-shaped design: I was able to gain access to my belongings quickly and easily after everything was moved in!
David has great advice on exactly the type of unit specific to everyone's needs! He has also proven to be a true friend and someone that you want to share conversations with, especially as he regales you with his tales of reeling in the big ones out on the water!
And I will continue to be a customer of Mini Storage Depot as I move towards Middle Tennessee and find a unit to rent over there!

“Very good facility. The machines are all in working condition and look well. Vending machines provide detergent at reasonable prices. SpeedQueen app creates convenience and ease of use. Ambience could be a bit cleaner however for what it is, wonderful establishment. Smaller machines costed $5 for a heavy wash and lasted 29 minutes.”
“I just recently sold a storage facility in Sevierville TN that I managed for out of State owners for over 16 years. Because I had a residence on site and in Knoxville I became familiar with our customers and their needs I attribute that to my success of the facility always having a wait list and increasing income year over year. I can't help but wonder how this facility can operate with NO ONE on site and no personal attention to the customers. My briief stay during a transition here at Chapman Storage was ok and everyone by phone was fine to work with.”
“Such a great experience getting set up with Xavier’s help on the phone! I called after I got home from work at almost 7pm, and was pleasantly surprised that someone was available. I didn’t know they are always open to 7pm, which is so great for those of us without flexible schedules. The process was easy and he was so friendly and helpful. The contract came through right away along with all the instructions to access the unit. When k arrived, the unit was clean and ready for our belongings.
One thing to know … when I arrived I thought I’d pop into the office to say hello and thank them, but the office that appears to be on site is an unaffiliated pool company, with an understanding owner, so maybe don’t bother that guy like I did!”
