“I had a fantastic experience here. My husband has bought his work boots here for a few years, but it was my first time to the store. We bought my oldest her first pair of boots, and the process was seamless from start to finish. Our sales associate was Sara, and she took the time not only to measure for an exact fit, but to help me find the exact model and shape I wanted for healthy foot development. She was knowledgeable about how to upsize without compromising function or comfort. She was patient as my daughter went through every option they could order in, encouraging her without steering her towards any particular color, which I really appreciated. She also was very communicative, and called the very day they came in for us to try on and confirm fit.
A great experience, and with such great customer service I now understand why my husband keeps going back.”
