“I've taken my kid in 4 or 5 times for Vans or Converse over the past few years and every single time the staff are amazing. Journeys in Maryville is the one store my daughter always leaves happy from, even if she doesn't get anything. The young people working there always strike up conversations and make her feel welcome. After our trip there this week she told me she wants to work there when she's old enough. Kudos to the person that does the hiring because you always seem to nail it.”

“I have shopped at Finish Line a few times in the last year or so. Every time I’m there, Ashlyn is working. When I tell you she gives AMAZING customer service EVERY TIME I’m in there, I mean it!! She’s patient, she’s kind to me & my daughter. She is ALWAYS up for going that extra mile. I am so indecisive & not once did she even bat an eye. The other gentleman (I didn’t get his name) was also so nice & professional! Great kids working there. I will definitely keep going there as long as they are there!”
“I was in there buying shoes for work, I can’t remember the salesperson’s name, and I feel really bad because she was excellent. I’ve been having trouble with my feet, and she put me on the Aetrex machine, got me the correct insoles, and recommended Oofos sandals for when I wasn’t working. She was awesome. My feet have been feeling much better and it’s only been a week! Excellent customer service by everyone at this location every single time I go.”
