I had purchased a new street glide from them back in 14. they have always kept a good stock of nice bikes and I was looking for another street glide . I found a 25 street glide iron horse edition and just loved it.My sales associate Tommy was very helpful not pushy, but tried to help me out as much as possible. I would like to think Tommy and the rest of the folks at Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson for treating me right. I have been in the store since then and they all are just as nice as the day I was purchasing my new bike. I would recommend you give them a look if looking for a new bike.”

I missed my first appointment and they were nice enough to reschedule me later the next week.These guys got me in and out very fast and installed my hitch like we discussed. They gave me some information about the hitch before I left, which was helpful.All in all a good place to get a hitch installed on a vehicle. Only con is the waiting room smelled weird.”
“O’Reilly on East Broadway in Maryville is the best!!!We were in Townsend, TN this past weekend for the Bronco Super Celebration when our ignition coil went out on our 1969 Bronco. We were without a vehicle to pick up a part. We tried Uber and none were available. We called O’Reilly on East Broadway to see if they had the part and if they delivered. They don’t usually deliver but they knew we were stuck and they delivered the part to us. What nice Southern hospitality. We tipped the driver handsomely. Thank you to all of you who saved the rest of the weekend for us!”

“I live in South Carolina and had a coolant hose rupture on my 2001 BMW while driving on the Foothills Parkway last Friday. I was in town for a BMW event the next day, so was worried about getting my car to the show nearly as much as I was worried about getting it back home. The manager and staff at this store were exceptional. The actual part I needed was a special order, but since this was urgent, they worked with me to go through assorted random hoses until we found a suitable substitute. They helped get me back on the road, to the event, and safely back in SC today. Fantastic service! Thank y'all so much!”

“My car was experiencing a starter issue. After being boosted I drove straight to Advance. I asked Jeremy if we could rule out starter or alternator before purchasing a battery. In the pouring rain he ran diagnostics determined it was the battery sold me the correct one. Very professional and nice. I will return there for all needs in the future and recommend that location.”

“Went to Boruff Auto Body last year after have the front of my lexus swiped in a parking garage. This was an insurance claim and it could not have went smoother. I even had them refinish the hood for damage unrelated to wreck and the price was great. The rental was at the shop when I dropped off vehicle, I was in and out in minutes... Car was ready on the day they said it would be and looked great. The color match was perfect and this is a 10 year old Black car. I went back almost a year later to have some cosmetic work done, this was not related to original work and they exceeded expectations once again. Cant speak highly enough. I will be a lifetime customer.”
