“I had a wonderful experience at Anderson automotive.
My car broke down and overheated, and AAA towed my car there. I was very nervous because you never know if you're going to come across mechanic with good intention or not.
Ned was highly knowledgeable, and very helpful and an ethical individual.
He took great care of my car, solved the issue right away, and was very honest, and very well priced.
I'm a person who always wants to shop around to find a well reviewed handy individual. So I felt very lucky to have landed in his shop, considering the circumstances.
Very knowledgeable, great prices, high ethical priority.
I will be using his shop from now on.

“They were prompt (earlier than quoted as a matter of fact). The driver (I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name because I’m terrible with them) was an absolute joy. He’d said that he knew when you called a tow truck that you probably weren’t having the greatest day and he always tried to make it a little better. And he did. So thank you again!”

“Couldn’t get my car started. Tried jumping it several times and ended up calling Mr. Roger to come by and pick it up for me to check out what was wrong. He got it going on the spot and didn’t charge me a thing. Easily could’ve taken advantage of the situation. Definitely recommend Western Ave towing. Hard to find honest people in vehicle repair but Mr. Roger is a good one!”

“We had a tire blow out on our travel trailer driving through Knoxville. Went to 1 RV place and they don't work on tires (what?!) and then started calling around looking for someone who did. 2 other RV shops recommended us to Interstate. I was hesitant at first due to some other reviews, but Jack did a great job replacing the tire with one he had in stock, diagnosed the issue (valve stems weren't rated for that level tire pressure), gave me some advice on how to repair the roof, and had us back on the road real quick.”

“Had a dispute with one of the employees. it ended up being I was wrong. I acted like a butt and had to apologize, a poor apology but hey an attempt.Their toe fee they were charging me was $100. Not sure if that is standard but it's what I was getting charged. Actually it is a fair and resonable price others cost more.Also noticed while on their premiss they had lots of new equipment that was kept clean and presentable. They have what's needed to help you out if you get in an accident or need help in a ditch. They have the up to date equipment to do so.My apologizes guys rather I was right or wrong my actions deserve a correction and a apology.”
