“Jason is super. Honest, fair, and reasonable. Totally trust his family business and his complete professionalism. He truly is a gem in the rough and always puts your interests above all else. In the last year I bought a 2000 SL500 and he went over it with a fine tooth comb and said it was a fantastic buy. More recently I had a transmission leak, that he diagnosed and affected the repair while I waited. Sorry to say he said it would take 2-3 hours but completed the work in less than 1 1/2 hours. I couldn't be more pleased. If you ever are in the need for any repairs for a German automobile, he is absolutely the right person to go to. “Wow! My husband and I were driving through the area on vacation. My husband noticed that we had a low tire. I got on Google and started searching for tire repair places. I came across West End Tire. We found the business and when we arrived it appeared to be a busy place for a Tuesday. To me that was a good sign because it meant the locals trusted this business. My husband check in with the office to see if we could get our tire looked at. He was told it would be a long wait time. The owner of the place told my husband he would look at the tire. He did not want us waiting he knew how that felt. He did a quick look was able to repair the tire! Gave us a reasonable bill and sent us on our happy way!! Now I know I was right about the reason the place was so busy! The locals have a FRIEND in the tire business!! I know they were a God sent to us in our time of need! Jeff answered the phone and I explained my issue (A/C wasn't working correctly) and the fact that I didn't have a ride and I needed it checked while I waited. He told me he could check it that day, and gave me a time. He had me pull the car right into the shop, did his thing, and in about 40 minutes, I had ICE COLD air. “We had traveled to Knoxville from Virginia due to the death of my wife's brother in law . My wife has a physical condition which makes temperatures above the mid 70's a bad thing . The A/C in the car stopped cooling. We were traveling with our cat and didn't want to roll the windows down very far . Temperatures on our trip home were forecast around 80 degrees . We chose Auto Physicians, even though it was a 24 mile trip , because of the many good reviews they had received. They diagnosed a leaking A/C hose that would take overnight to order. It looked like we would be adding a rental car to our traveling and hotel expenses . Eric offered us the loan of their company van . That got us back to the hotel, dinner with some friends and back to Auto Physicians the next day to pick up our repaired vehicle. It was ready at the time Eric had estimated and the repair was $100 less than I expected . They are good people who really helped us out in a difficult situation ..”

“Joel and Amanda are absolutely amazing! My 05 dodge 3500 was sitting at another business that couldn’t find the time to even look at. I called Omega and they were open and honest about their schedule and how soon they could get to it. The next day they took care of getting it towed to their shop and then worked with Jasper transmissions for the warranty details. They kept me in the loop about timelines, other things I should consider getting repair while the transmission was out, other non related issues they saw, etc. once the work was done we went for a ride together to make sure everything felt ride. The truck definitely drives better and I honestly don’t know that they could do more to make the experience better. The customer service and ease of doing business is incredible. “I am new to the area and did not know who to trust. I had been in the Automotive field for 7 years and have a strong understanding on how things work. I hit a raccoon after my first week in town in my 2021 Tesla Model 3. At first I thought there was just minor cosmetic damage to the small lower grille, but then I started noticing issues the next day or 2. The Tesla Service Center in Knoxville referred me to a few different body shops. Stinnett's being the only one in Maryville. I chose to trust them.I worked with Shawn and we had a little bit of a bumpy start dealing with the insurance and teardown needed. Shawn was patient through the process and despite me knowing how things work, he did a great job explaining everything in detail. The final result was me getting my vehicle back in pre-accident condition a week or 2 early. Part of this was because my parts arrived a day early, but Shawn and his team went the extra mile and completed the work ahead of schedule.Not only did they do a great job, ahead of schedule, but they suggested a way to save me money and even touched up a nick on my passenger door; separate from the accident.Upon picking my vehicle up, I met the owner Zach who seemed very down to earth and gave me a good idea of their company's culture. Was it a flawless experience, no. But I have come to know that in the automotive field, there rarely is. “Old school "Shade Tree" mechanic, and by shade tree I mean nice shop at his property. Don REALLY cares and truly wants to help folks without breaking the bank. Took an old work truck in because the code for the check engine light indicated it was the catalytic converter and there was a loud rattle when started up. I called and he said it "could be" but he would have to look to know for sure. I was prepared for hundreds perhaps thousands of dollars in repairs. He looked at it for a few minutes. Spot welded a spot or two, fixed the rattle, fixed the code, fixed the problem for mere pennies. THANK YOU, SIR! If honesty & integrity are important to you then take your business to Duck's (I will).”

I had taken my car somewhere else for another issue and was told that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced on my car that had only 34,000 miles on it. Then was told it was going to cost me over $800 dollars. I knew they were bs'ing me so my friend Phyllis referred me here. Cam who looked at my car told me there was nothing wrong with your rotors but the pads were pretty worn down. I wasn't surprised there. I had done a lot of stop and go on this car. He replaced the pads and had me on my way in no time and I did not spend even close to $800. I will definitely be back for all my maintenance care and any future issues I might have.
