“We had just bought our car from an online retailer. After a long trip, we smelled oil, and when we opened our hood we saw it spilled everywhere. This was not ideal especially being miles from home. The online retailer sent us to Auto Physicians to get a diagnosis. They were absolutely phenomenal. They handled the back and forth with the online company and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out that our car's previous oil service was done in a negligent manner. Auto Physicians cleaned our engine quickly and were extremely friendly and communitive throughout the entire process. They got our car back to us same day so we could enjoy the rest of our trip.”

“Did a complete Timing Belt, Water Pump service on a vehicle I bought. Got it when he had scheduled it to be in and was completed when he said as well. While in he noticed some other things that weren't in dire need of replacement but he at least told me and allowed me to make the decision to have it done while in the shop. “A friend recommended MCI to me for a timing belt service on my Land Cruiser. Told me he swore by them and they were his first choice for any repairs. My experience there shows why he believes that.
The quote I got for the belt job was very fair for the work needed and they got me in sooner than estimated. My Land Cruiser has 265k miles so I know it is not defect-free. Their courtesy inspection on my truck was thorough and honest. They had photos of items to address and were honest with the importance of how urgent each item was. They also discovered a safety issue that needed to be corrected immediately. Once again, they had photos that explained what was wrong with it. It was evident they have knowledgeable and experienced technicians and a customer service crew that knows what they are doing.
On top of all that, they completed the whole job with the additional repairs a day ahead of schedule. It's rare you find an auto shop as transparent as MCI is and priced as fairly as they are. MCI is now my top choice for auto repair.”
“Have my 2006 Trailblazer SS there for some serious tuning issues. Definitely an amazing shop and Paul is really good at giving updates on a day-to-day basis. I have yet to pick it up but from the video he sent me, and as impatient as I am, it sounds 10x better and they're keeping it for as long as they need to to make sure it doesn't stall on me again in traffic. You guys are amazing and thank you so much for taking the time to ensure my tune is perfect. I can't wait to see it!”

“truly great experience just when the first time calling on the phone and talking to Ms Lori. I had to call and reschedule. I know at least 2 to 3 different times and even when I showed up, they still were willing to help and they helped. HELPED , they also shared that they couldn’t let me leave if I didn’t take care of a part on the car you know by law and that meant a lot to me that they thought enough about not only the company the standard and me myself OK so I very much appreciate that. I also got to talk to cam, I think were his name.. about dirt tracks that were really cool being that I live basically behind Brickmill Smoky Mountain so that were cool. I say you know trust this place with your mother, your daughter your sister any woman can go in there by herself and will not be used and abused. I’m going back in a couple weeks to get some more work done on the car. I’m thankful that I called because I travel Morganton often and I saw it one day so thank you. To ALL even the ones in the shop I didn’t see!! You matter too!!! Thanks”
“Austin is an honest and great mechanic! I went to him from a reference. New to the city and didn’t know anyone. The first time I picked up my car, it still had some things wrong so I dropped it back off to Austin again. He apologized for what was not completed and charged me nothing for labor on the second trip. The car is running great now. Humility and honesty goes a long way especially when dealing with a mechanic. I don’t know anything about cars so TRUST establishes a relationship that will go a long way. Austin is the BEST! I got me a forever mechanic!”
“Great family owned business that values integrity above squeezing every dime out of the customers.
They always give you their undivided attention when you have questions or concerns about your vehicle. The people working the desk are knowledgeable beyond what you have come to expect a typical salesperson to be.
The prices are very competitive, especially considering the level of service you receive. Our family has continued to be proud loyal customers for well over 10 years. We have had anything from major repairs to vehicle customization to routine maintenance. It’s safe to say the only thing we have yet to need in a vehicle is a transmission. That’s the one service I can’t personally write a review on. They do great engine, suspension, A/C & heat repairs.
I had one experience where I agreed to the “diagnostic fee” for the tech to find the problem with an old car. It’s been a few years ago, but I think it was around $100 for an hour maybe. The gentleman spent several hours troubleshooting the issue. The manager personally took me back and showed me the problem. Said they would gladly fix it if that’s what I wanted. However, his recommendation was to save the money and put it toward a different vehicle. Said with an issue like this it’s going to be one thing after another and he wouldn’t feel right not making me aware of that fact. At the end of the day they waived the diagnostic fee and I did retire the old beat’r. Most other shops would have gladly taken my money, and looked forward to that next huge repair bill too.”

“I had a great experience witg Joel and Karen, took my Lifted Jeep to have my oil filter housing replaced from plastic to aluminum we decided to have the spark plugs done as well since the top of the motor was tore down, They had great communication when they could have time to do it and was completely in a timely matter, The reason I said it was a lifted jeep was because another place didn't want no part of it.
Would recommend them and will use them again.”
