“After a bad experience at another dealership we eneded up at twin city certified and shane helped us find the perfect car for our family. Shane was very helpful and answered all of our questions that we had. My only complaint would be is that I noticed a few days after we bought the car that in the back doors there was a stick, straw, and some food stuck in the door and I thought it might have been my kid but my 2 month okd sit on that side of the van. Then I went to wipe off the inside of car as I washed it and everything I wiped was completely black on my towel. I feel like it was not detailed before they put it on the lot to sale. Thats why i had to give a 4 star but other than that everything was great.”
