Our post office is a complete joke. Our packages are place where ever they feel like placing it. All depends on how lazy the delivery person is. If it doesn’t fit in the mail box it should be placed on the front porch undercover so it doesn’t get wet. I find them by my driveway next to the downspout so it can get wet. On top of my dumpster so it gets thrown out trash people. Some times just in the center of the driveway leaning up against the garage door. Also delivered to another address down the street.
So when you talk to someone there it just goes in one ear and out the other. No body cares these days.

They lost my package from the crematorium. I left my contact details three separate times and was promised a call back before the end of the day two of those three and never received a call. They did look throughout the entire building trying to find it and were at least sympathetic which is the only thing keeping me from leaving a one star review.

Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Supervisors are unable to help and unavailable to those who work during the day. Cannot deliver mail or resolve issues.
Very disappointed 😡

I am having a package issue. The tracking data says its out for delivery from the Alcoa PO and it also says it is being held for pickup at the Maryville PO. Both cannot be true. I called the National PO phone number and they said I would need to call the Maryville PO. The Maryville PO won't answer the phone.

I had 3 packages shipped to me through this post office for the first time since moving here, and only 1 of the 3 was delivered on time. The 1st package wasn't delivered because it didn't fit in the mailbox (for some reason they refuse to deliver to your front door at apartments unlike any other delivery service would). While annoying, it wasn't that big of a deal until we went to the post office to pick the package up and it wasn't there. The package was a set of pots and pans, so a large package, not something easily missed, and yet it is somehow nowhere to be found. The 2nd package was delivered because it fit in the mailbox, but it was delivered a day late because the mail person showed up to the mailbox without the keys to open it. Based on the negative experiences my friends have had as well with this post office, they seem very unorganized and I highly doubt my package will be found, but will update if it is.

Excellent service and delivery way down here at the southern boundary of Maryville. We are actually in Monroe County. Our mail and packages are always prompt.People complaining about other issues need to understand it is not this specific p.o. to blame but cracks in USPO federal system caused by characters in Wash D.C..
FYI: Social Security has often 'borrowed' funds from USPO.
Check that!
