“We had a driver (his name may have been Todd) from Cole's Towing tow a vehicle for us yesterday. He arrived promptly and was very curteous and kind. It was raining and the car we needed towed was unfortunately surrounded by mud. Our driver did whatever was needed to load up the vehicle and even had to lay down in the mud at some point. Despite all of this, he had a great attitude and made it known that he was more than willing to help in any way that he could. We are overall very happy with the service we received and would be willing to use Cole's Towing again if needed.”
