Dear management. You need to police the paid parking spots. Hire a security guard like Vandalia, Ohio location (one of the pics has their info so you can call them and see how they do it so successfully). It is 11p and your app says there are 16 paid parking spots available but only 1 is actually unoccupied. Plenty of the trucks in reserved parking have no window tag showing they paid. Also, I don’t mind “creative parking” but there are people parking side by side in a way that blocks trucks from entering and exiting the legal spots. If you are not going to police the parking just set your reserved parking to zero so those of us trying to run out our clocks late at night aren’t left stranded without a spot. Thanks!

Stop by McDonald's first surprising they were still open this early 12:00 in the morning I ordered a 6 piece nugget and a small McFlurry took about 20 minutes until I got a refund then I tried to look for a salad in the truck stop they had no salads and they also had a part blocked off with where you couldn't get any of the other food items they had subs I just didn't feel like a sub and all the stuff had pork on it salads would be nice if they had the option completely unacceptable and I won't tolerate that being a driver that keeps these people being employed

Cheap gas, but they wiped out my bank card by placing a temporary hold , as they pretend. When I called my bank, my bank told me that they had to release the hold, that’s how I could get my money back into my account. The cashiers told me they got scammed too, as employees. Again, I called the headquarter’s office. The guy whom I spoke to told me I must wait for five days. The hold was $151.00 when my purchase was supposed to be $30.00. I am not living in that town. I am stoked and don’t know what to do. The gentleman I spoke with on the telephone didn’t want to give me his last name. He told me his last name was Mala. Don’t buy from that place .

This pilot is nice as it should be from inside. From outside the truck parking lot is very filthy, I noticed 2 guys with yellow golf cart and trailer supposed to collect the debris from the lot, (they choose what to collect) not every single piece. This is why the lot is FILTHY.

Excellent experience at the Loves gas station. Staff was attentive and the restrooms were not completely covered in filth. The lot lizards were friendly and courageous. Alex the manager was quite helpful and clearly experienced in breaking up the knife fights at the gas pumps. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the parking lot was so cold that one man was in his long johns.

Disgusting nasty restrooms!!! Truckers service the entire nation, truckstops are here to service us. Have some respect and provide clean restrooms for truckers!!!

It could be better. Though the staff was very good and customer service oriented, the store was disorganized, not well stocked and the premises needed care. Floors were dirty.

They charge further spaces only one or two that are free there's no air at the pumps

They have showers but they have no laundry. They have no quick food but they have mcdonald's in subway. They have limited parking in most of its reserved.

Thank you! We stopped with 5 buses on a school trip and the store employees worked hard to open up extra restrooms (the shower restrooms) to get us in and out of there quick. Thanks for the above and beyond service!
