Not a ripoff like some of the others they don't keep changing parts on your vehicle until they get the problem fix they diagnose the problem and figure what caused it and repair it not just keep changing parts to run up a bill like alot of the parts changing shops around here”

“Brad is a very experienced and knowledgeable mechanic. I have had small work done there like replacement window and oil changes, and big work like and engine swap. Never any issues with the quality of work, and the pricing is reasonable.
That said, the parking is not great and you need to be careful getting back on the road here, and any vehicle left overnight is likely to be visited by rodents. Not that its Norrods' fault; critters are just unavoidable in that area.”

“Real honest and dependable shop. I am from Florida on the way to Buffalo NY then back down east coast with lots of deliveries and need my lift gate. We had to jump the truck off Sunday when I left Florida and it was a safety feature that the fuse just needed resetting. They could have taken us to the cleaners but instead honest group here and they reset it and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE!!!! Thanks Gee Boys!!”

“I had a great experience today with the auto department . The man( I think his name was Wade)who greeted me was so nice and patient with me. I told him not to worry about vacuuming because my car was really messy at the moment. They did it anyway... Him and whomever else worked with my vehicle today really went above and beyond. “My car was making a ticking sound that my mechanic wasn’t familiar with so I came to Pro Tech. He handled a customer then asked me to pull upfront. He looked at it for literally 5 seconds closely, turned it off. Walks into his shop then back and reached in, then turned it on. No sound anymore. No charge. Just a kind man doing quality work. My experience with him showed me enough in 1 minute to know he knows exactly what he’s doing and doesn’t care about your money. Just wanted to do a great job at what he is highly experienced with.
