“A true value at its finest. After damaging my 20 feet long 30 amp hookup to our recreational vehicle (I’m embarrassed but I drove off from home and traveled 10 miles on the highway still plugged in its socket) . Needless to say our vacation to Cumberland State Park was ruined. Not only were the RV supply stores closed or out of this very expensive required hookup, but the reservations were going to charge us since my ailing husband and I couldn’t make the trip.
Underwood True Value Store 100% made our trip a success. They took out their time to go far beyond their duty without a charge. It was truly helping a person in need. We were back on the road in no time. I will continue to shop at this store and will tell others of our awesome experience
