You need to get a hold of your day cab drivers. I'm parked on a street (per shipper instructions) in the Memphis area, and your drivers have almost hit me multiple times. They are driving way over the speed limit through the industrial park and slinging their trucks and trailers into businesses. The one I just watched almost took out a cone and a car. I can't imagine Knight's corporate safety would be okay with this.

In the transportation industry for 40 years and I normally give folks some leeway. I can't with this team. Problem is I may be forced to use them again? Moved appointments around to be available in the 10-4 range. By 1635 I call them and told driver running late (that's a new one).
I had to get heart medication by 1700 so left. Driver calls and I am the next stop. Had neighbor assist getting product off truck by 1720.
Now the fun part, the damage to the merchandise. Torn wrapping, holes 6 inches deep into the form and drag marks. I agree some of this is on the shipper Prodex, but most is on this team.
Oh and by the way, its 1820 as I write this review and I just got an email that the driver will be here at 1830??? I can't make this stuff up...

Most of the 1star reviews are completely truth, avoid this place even if the load looks well paid, I promise you, you’ll be stuck here for at least a full day.

Their services used to be at a 5 star rating. I am not sure what has happened over the last year, but they are now starting to misplace hazardous chemical shipments. This is not acceptable and unsafe.

They are getting one star because system will not allow for zero stars. Without a about the worse trucker company ever. They tell me they lost my freight which forces me to purchase replacement items. I filed a claim for the lost freight and then 10 days later my freight shows up and they deny the claim for they say they delivered the freight in good condition. No one should ever do business with this company for they do not know what they are doing.

Dear AAA, from a professional trucker..
There’s room for Improve on your shipping & receiving operations.
If a trucker spend 2-4 hours getting unloaded, with 100 degrees of weather outside, he’s burning a high amount of fuel Idling the truck to stay cool.
Please be more efficient! I spent 3.5 hours getting unloaded here.

Absolute joke of a receiver. Wasted 3 hours because they can’t communicate with John Deere about a bill of lading. We provided our bill of lading manifest and the product and they told us if paperwork on their end isn’t sent they’re going home at 5. Who cares about my driver losing an entire weekend, and being out on the next load and screwing over the next brokered load we were on. Horrible company will never deliver here again.

People working there are very nice. Here is the problem. Took them 10 days to get my two products to me. The first delivery date, they did not show up. Scheduled me for the next day. On the second delivery day, the driver called and said he could not get an 18-wheeler down my road, that it was not safe. I told him we have rigs down my road all the time. I spoke with his manager, and they rescheduled for later that day. I told them we had to have delivery on a flatbed truck. We do not have a dock. The one pallet is 16 ft long, and that needs to be lifted off the truck. It showed up in a box truck. We had to refuse the delivery. I ended up having to drive an hour one way to go get the 16-foot pallet on my trailer. They were scooting the pallet on the ground and pushing it with the forks on the fork lifts. Parts were missing from my equipment. The pallet was damaged. The 2nd smaller pallet I had them scheduled to deliver the next day since it would not fit on my trailer. That delivery was a no-show again. Scheduled for the next day. When it arrived, it was damaged. One of the wheels had been knocked off. It looked like it had been run into something because it had shifted on the pallet and broke one of the metal straps.
