Unprofessional took over a month to get account close for furniture I never even received because they didn’t know how to call back like they said to set up my delivery. Had to contact 1-800 twice; finally got help when he close account with ref # and said you have any problems call us back for corporate number. Call the store today now the account is terminated and hung in my face…NEVER AGAIN..use affirm or afterpay same furniture and you not spend thousands on something that $800.

I have had a good experience until now. My washer and dryer is a stackable set. My washer went out Wednesday. I am still paying for it. I called and they told me they do not service their own equipment. They use a third party vendor to service their equipment. I only heard from the third party one time. This is Saturday. I still don’t know anything about my washer. I called Aaron’s again and the manager was not helpful. Not at all. They still want me to continue payments but can’t give me any idea on when my washer will be fixed. Not good customer service at all. Here it is two weeks later and my washer is still not fixed. I have been asking the store when it was going to be fixed by and no one seems to have any answers. I have not heard anymore from the third party company that is supposed to fix my washer either. I have my contract with the location on Getwell.

The manager Tina is by far the WORST person there! Not only did she try to make me pay something that was already paid she doubled down and said she doesn't even look at the system..tf? I called the 877 number spoke with a rep, they called her and explained and she STILL CALLES MY PHONE ASKING FOR A PAYMENT! But not before you mentioned that I called and told on her. The next morning before the store was open she called again..negative energy and a bitchy tone in her voice. I went to the store and figure out the situation and she wanted to fight!! You wanna fight but you don't wanna come outside because "she doesn't want to lose her job" but you harassing me?! Yea the people here are something else.. they have some good ones like the young lady with the small daughter and Joseph the money man!

I loveeee the customer service here it's always great today with ms.tina and deron it was no different. They always make sure they get what you need weather you're leading or like me and like to make cash purchases if they don't have it they gladly call around until they find what you need

I never had any problems until now. My grandfather died 10/9/21 and we wasn't expecting that at all so I needed and extension because his insurance didn't pay for his obituaries so we had to pay out of pocket, I also broke my foot so it's causing me to get a little behind, not even two months behind and I owe only 6 more payments on my washer and dryer. I called to ask for an extension until the 10th and they said no. U have to make it by Friday??♀️ you would think ppl would have compassion when you have death in the family or injured your self. Once I'm done paying on my washer and dryer I don't want anything else. I'm still in the hospital and the manager Joseph KEEPS CALLING LEAVING HARASSMENT MESSAGES. FIRST OF ALL I HAD 3 SURGERIES AND HAD TO HAVE A BLOOD TRANSFUSION AND HOW CAN I PAY IF I'M IN THE HOSPITAL WITH NO MONEY NOW. MY LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT NOW. THEY DON'T HAVE NOOOO SYMPATHY FOR ANYONE AT ALL... AT ALL. It's not I'm not going to pay, I got 6 more payments to go but they don't have to harass me while I'm in the hospital
