I came to buy a tv with my business partner. I asked to use the restroom and was told we couldn’t use the restroom. Aarons if I had a child with me would it have been the same answer. Whatever the answer to this is , it’s inhumane to own a business and not allow potential customers not use a restroom while shopping at your store. I would not recommend this company to no American .

Ms. Ava and the whole team there are excellent. As long as they are there I won't shop anywhere else. I could go and purchase what I need anywhere, but the customer service is unmatched.

They will rip you off. Bought a fridge it broke down within 1 year (Manufacturing Defect). Aarons picked it up for repairs. Kept my $money and the refrigerator. I have nothing. Taking them to court along with the manufacturer. I just want my money back.Staff is ignoring my emails, feedback, and phone calls. If I'm a preferred customer how do they treat regular customers? What would you do? File a police report? I'm going on my 3rd reported claim with them.Samsung should stick to electronics ONLY.
