Arron's came to my home and set a new Tv stand. My visit at the office was quick and fast as well. I would like to give a huge thank you to your team! Gregory Pye and Joshua Jackson gave exceptional service throughout the entire stay. You guys were awesome 🙂

They have great customer service but the rates are over the top the leasing is useless & that $1 deal is NO GOOD AT ALL!

My initial interaction with AARONS was pretty good and had a good selection of pc's to choose from. The employees were sociable and approachable. The reason for the 3 stars is because my contract weekly payments have changed over the last couple months. I was told I was late for payments but then showed where this was an error by the date my contract was signed as I agreed to a set date based on my bi-weekly pay from work. The manager was supposed to had rectified this, but I looked at my payment for this past week, and not only was it transacted a day before they were supposed to, but it was also more than the amount agreed to initially. To add to the issue the "Members Club" fee went up??? So after adding up what has been collected versus what the accounting is saying I owe does not add up. Yes, I pay attention to what's going on because money is already tight and paying a pretty good up-charge at that, I would think Aarons would be happy with the business agreement without taking a dollar here and taking a dollar there to make the overall books look good. Not sure if this is a location thing or just a practice that Aarons fosters across the board. Anyway, I hope this grabs some attention. Also, I did switch from Rent-A-Center for almost the same practices, but at least Aarons employees hasn't rented out any product in my name to run off with it, and then when I made a police report about it then all of a sudden it appears back at the location. Sometimes wonder if I can get a better deal without all the attachments from the people who run out the store with products. Anyways just thinking out loud.

Hey Aarons, how about just telling your potential customers in advance that you don't want to wait on them, or greet them when they come in, or that the person you're talking to on the phone is way more important than you? I mean...I get it, this is a new time in history, and I understand if you don't care about the customer anymore. But I want to suggest that you just go ahead and tell us that up front, make it a policy because I see that it is a procedure, that way, your customer can go across the street to BESTWAY, or ride down to Rent-A-Center to help us take care of our RENT-To-own needs. Don't have us/me waiting around for 15 minutes or more, while you're on the phone. I'd rather know upfront you're not going to move. I understand the phone is more important than my needs, I get it. I just don't want to be waiting. I'm a senior citizen, I'm from the old school. I am looking for friendly service, not the experience I had today at the Aarons on Winchester. But continue to do what you do; just put a sign on the door next time. It will save folks like me a lot of time.

Horrible customer service from Paul. He and his team practice bullying tactics and illegal practices such as blocking driveways which last occurred Tuesday, September 21st, and was caught by our security cameras. Parking in and blocking driveways is considered trespassing and counts as obstruction and they use this form of intimidation when a few days late on a payment from a loyal customer that has paid off merchandise for YEARS after the customer MADE payment arrangements. Thank God that I work with attorneys and law enforcement for a living because otherwise, my mother would have been subject to more bullying if I didn't step in! All my mother wants is to be transferred to a different store, however, since she is continually enduring harassment, I will continually speak on the illegal practices and expose intimidation tactics of Paul.
