Horrible customer service from Paul. He and his team practice bullying tactics and illegal practices such as blocking driveways which last occurred Tuesday, September 21st, and was caught by our security cameras. Parking in and blocking driveways is considered trespassing and counts as obstruction and they use this form of intimidation when a few days late on a payment from a loyal customer that has paid off merchandise for YEARS after the customer MADE payment arrangements. Thank God that I work with attorneys and law enforcement for a living because otherwise, my mother would have been subject to more bullying if I didn't step in! All my mother wants is to be transferred to a different store, however, since she is continually enduring harassment, I will continually speak on the illegal practices and expose intimidation tactics of Paul.

Just a word of advice, if you’re able to wait and save up or know you’re going to be able to pay off whatever you’re leasing through Aaron’s in a short period of time, it’s not worth leasing from them. They take advantage of the fact that some people don’t have the large sums of cash to just outright buy a product and fully showcase this in trying to add extremely high interest. I found the exact same computer I leased with them on Amazon a few months after. I leased the computer from Aaron’s’ originally because my laptop had gone out and I was in a time crunch for a replacement computer. Not only was it the exact same computer, it was $1,000 cheaper than what Aaron’s pay off price was. 1K cheaper! That’s just straight up robbery. Will absolutely never do business with them again.Be careful, at the end of the day they’re salesmen and just want to make a worthwhile sale off of you and hope that you rack up interest to keep them in business. I highly recommend checking other retailers before leasing anything with them.

THE STAFF Was VERY BUSY!!!? But POLITE ?They Were Very STATE OF THE ART/EVERYTHING WAS ELECTRONICALLY OPERATED!!! THEY WERE ABLE TO LET ME KNOW WHAT I WAS QUALIFIED FOR AND HOW MUCH!!! MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY GREAT!!!!!! I LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUING DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! AND THEY WERE RIGHT!!! I RECEIVED MORED FOR MY MONEY THAN BEST WAY,,,,I WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE!!! ??

Deserve no star, customer service is horrible. Did not receive merchandise from store due to their delivery options but they continued to call me for payment and show up at my home after I said I didn’t want the merchandise when I left the store. Spoke with account manager, sales manager and the person that came to my home all incompetent.

Avoid this Aaron's like the plague because it is run by an idiot named Paul. A demoted moron who couldn't hold his position as regional manager is now the idiot manager of the Aaron's on Winchester. This is a jackass of the highest order he treats his workers like crap and doesn't deserve to be a manager of anything. Stay away from this moron and the scam company

I’ve had a laptop computer since late January early February for job purposes. I transitioned into another position and no longer needed the device BUT was told I had to keep it for three months. Fast forward after several lies by the store manager regarding my cc/dc that was placed on file for auto draft! That they claimed they could never take, but some how the charges would mysteriously appear on my account left me perplexed when I had not visited the store to make any payments! The lie then became my financial institution would not permit the charge, which I found odd as a way was found WITH late fees attached! To actually charge my card. The service at your Winchester Road C1032 store here in Memphis is HORRIBLE! Everyone in there from the District or Regional manager I met in the parking lot, to the store manager and employees need to either be retrained or dismissed. They are deplorable when it comes to communication and liars and not very good sales or service people. I will be ending my contract soon and hope to NEVER EVER as long as I live in breathe hope to do business with this company again ... did I say EVER ... I don’t wish you well and there isn’t a thing that can be done ... I will be turning this device in tomorrow!
