I get my nails done here, and it's nice and clean. The customer service is good, and the nail techs seem invested in making customers happy. The prices are a bit more expensive, but I don't mind paying because of the ambiance and good customer service. I definitely recommend.

I’ve gone to Ace for years and have never been disappointed. Vi is the absolute best, and everyone in the salon is kind and hard working. My car broke down when I was there, and the staff didn’t hesitate to come help me. Vi even checked in on me after I left. Service and product are unparalleled. Won’t go anywhere else in Memphis!

Mike did a phenomenal job on my nails. He transformed my nails from poor to top quality work. Great service, quick & detailed. I’m such a happy camper. Oh and wine was right on time! Will be returning ?

As a first time customer I was very impressed with the service that I received. The nail tech got up a couple of times to help someone else but upon return he was very professional. I think his name was Duke he was very focused on what he was doing. And the younger lady that completed the chrome portion of my nail completion was also nice. I will be returning as a regular customer.

Only place open day after Christmas in my neighborhood. I called before coming in. The service was thorough and I wasn’t rushed. I had the same person for pedi and mani. I felt welcomed and the overall experience was cool. Great job on greeting before and after visit. I shall return ?

Came in for a quick gel polish removal/ Mike got to me right away because I informed him that I was with my elderly Dad who was irritable and could not wait long. Got me in and out within 20mins. Thanks! Mike and Tania for your service!!

This use to be my favorite nail shop , however today showed me why I stopped coming . They serviced two people on a pedicure that came in after me . They did not ask which service I was getting or if I needed && or wanted anything to drink . The customer service has indeed went down .

The prices listed are NOT correct. I paid $60 for a basic mani/pedi. I made an appointment but still had to wait 15 minutes, but my service was good. The price difference felt like a bait and switch.

I think I found a great nail salon. First time here, techs were nice and personable. Maria, was my tech and she was amazing! She took her time with me and didn't feel rushed at all. Would def recommend. Price is pretty reasonable as well!
