My car would only accelerate 20 mph, and it never changed gears. My co-worker referred me to Advanced Transmissions. I gave Mr Mike and Latoya a call. After sending them my car's vin#, they were able to SAVE $$ ME 25OO.OO+ to rebuild my transmission. Mike and LaToya were very patient, warm and friendly. My Cadillac SRX was repaired in a very timely fashion. ADVANCED TRANS MISSION does excellent work at a very affordable PRICE.

I must say this is one of the best auto shops that I have ever dealt with. The mechanic was very nice knowledgeable and took very good care of my car. The office manager was very professional and pleasant. As far as my payments this shop worked with me and got my car back on the road, I had a transmission rebuilt and now my car is running smoothly again

Mr and Mrs Norman were nice and had my Transmission fixed sooner than it usually take. The truck was ready at the time they said it would be. Really happy with the service and would refer others.

They have had my vehicle for 2 months!!! an it's still not ready just to rebuild my transmission... i paid them to fix it the 1st time 2k and 4 months later my transmission goes back out!!!! they keep lying saying it's gone be ready but it's not ready i dont advise no one to go here horrible experience!!!😡😡😡😫

I will recommend Mr. and Mrs. Norman to anyone. The customer service was amazing. I was getting over charged for services from another mechanic, but Mr. Norman made sure my vehicle was fixed properly for a reasonable price. I anticipated my car being kept for a while due to the nature of the problems and the parts that were needed. Thank you guys for allowing me to keep my car for 10+ more years.
