I was under my car, changing my O2 sensors and realized I had a leak coming from the oil filter because it was not screwed on tight and this was the last place I had an oil change at, not happy about that recipe for disaster

I rushed here from work at 4:00pm and I arrive well enough in time and everybody's went home early! Disgusted isn't the word. They usually do a great job but I needed my oil changed before the next day due to traveling to Texas...now I have to find somewhere else. I depended on them to do the correct thing with there time and quality but they closed early.

I had a bad experience when I took my car on 4/25/25 saying I hit something but I didn’t and blaming me for one of they workers forgot to put the bottom plate back and it was scrubbing the ground, never going back!!!

These men purposely put a hole in my oil line, when I only came for an oil change, then tried to charge me 700 it fix it... LADIES PLEASE BE CAREFUL W THEM!!! THEY only saw a young black lady in a Lexus and tried to get over!!!!

Been coming here for years getting my oil changed and minor services/repairs. Came in today to get brakes. Was told I needed front and rear pads and rotors. Told him I would do the front pads and rotors today and an oil change. In the process of doing my brakes, they broke a part on my front bracket they claimed was “no good” prior to them breaking it despite all the parts on my car being in one piece prior to their handling. Rather than accept responsibility for breaking the part they broke, they coerced me into paying $98 additional dollars for a brand new bracket (despite the slider pin they broke being a $10 part) because they had already taken my car apart and I couldn’t leave with it without them finishing the repair. Lost a long time repeat customer and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Got my oil changed yesterday at this place and the guy never asked what type oil I wanted. Come to find out they put synthetic blend in my Volkswagen and all I use is full synthetic. I never had any problems out of my car. Today my oil light came on. It stated something about oil pressure and car cut off. So I checked my oil. There is no oil in it. What a shame. I would never go back.glad I used my bank card so that I can dispute this charge. What did I pay for. There is no oil in my vehicle. What a waste.
