About ALCO Management, Inc.
ALCO Management, Inc. is a property management company with mixed resident experiences. One reviewer loves living at their Timber Creek apartments, praising the office staff and awesome, responsive maintenance team. However, other reviews report significant frustrations with the application and move-in process, describing extremely long waits of over a month or more even after approval. Communication during this period is cited as poor. Experiences with office staff vary drastically by location, with one tenant finding them the best and another at a different property describing some office women as the rudest and most childish people ever dealt with. A further complaint involves an incident with police and an unauthorized entry into an apartment, leading to a resident being put out without feeling they had any control.

I've called twice because their website won't even let you fill out and application for any of the properties. I left my name and number email address too but still no call back for why I cant log in and fill out applications. Hopefully someone will reach out to me today?...

I have called Alco management to request to speak with a regional manager but each time I’ve called, the phone goes straight to voicemail and it’s very frustrating!
