Love Aldi’s prices, but the staff can make or break any company/location. The store associates are unhelpful, argumentative, and unprofessional. On busy weekends, they have no more than 2 lines open, meaning customers have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes. The cashiers have AirPods in while handling transactions, which I find truly unprofessional. If there was an emergency or a customer had a question, the associate would be of no use. A particular associate today (I’m assuming his name is Logan because someone else left a review that sounds a lot like my experience with him) ignored a direct question I asked him, then went out of his way to be rude and argumentative with me. This is not my first time seeing him act this way, either. Kindness is free. Maybe it’s a value Aldi should put more emphasis on.

Clean store my first time here, however a young lady with big curly hair was yelling at guess to move up, like she was a prison guard, she need to relax, she don't know what different caliber of people may just stop in from corporate, & her & another cashier talking on the ear pieces laughing just Rude behavior. The people that come in here are grown talk to them as such. Other than that it's a ok store but I will return to the Cordova location different energy there very respectable workers. I spend my money were I feel respected & comfortable...

Aldis is a great grocery store to go to, they have the best prices in my opinion, and the store brand products are cheaper but still great quality. They have the 'twice as nice' refund policy, which is amazing. Also this location has self check out.

I'm a 60 year old woman with a physical disability and a customer gave me their cart on the way out, but didn't take the quarter in return. When checking out, the cashier tried to charge again for the same cart that was already paid for. That's double charging for the same cart fee.
