Worst location in memphis. The bin full of markdowns was half missing prices and she said “someone else put it there” instead of marking it down. They were the last ones in the whole store and are marked down at all other locations. Lazy miserable messy workers.

Good Evening, I am a loyal customer to Aldi‘s. I’ve been shopping at Aldi since they opened the first store here in Memphis. Customer service is always great. The price point was great and the service was great but for the last two or three weeks, the Aldi‘s on Union Avenue in Memphis Tennessee. I’ve had a horrible experience with customer service the cashier who’s a slim Afro-American young man with braids. The smallest slim guy in the store has constantly been rude to me for no reason I don’t know him. I’ve had no other encounter with him besides the last three or four weeks that I’ve shopped there since they open a new store in Memphis, but he’s always rude and this is enough enough is enough you all should be ashamed of yourself to have someone who treat your customers with this type of standard not sure what the problem is, but it needs to be resolved immediately. I was just shopping there at 2:45 Saturday evening,He was the only cashier at the register and last week he was out sick so he came back with a mask on his face that’s how I described this individual but this individual is rude. Every time I come in and he picks at me I checked out with my merchandise. I had my own tote bag he sat some of my things in the basket and some of things on the counter before I can even load my bag up he’s throwing other people stuff in the basket at the same time. How rude is that and I asked him nicely to hold up and let me load my stuff up. He continue to throw stuff in the basket. This is unacceptable wonderful customer service brand and this is not good for your business

🚨 DoorDashers Beware 🚨
This location is not friendly to us at all. I just went through the worst Aldi visit ever in life, and I promise I will decline all future Aldi orders for this location. They were out of almost everything requested, and good luck getting a piece of help from the unhappy staff. Also, if you have more than one order, be prepared to almost “read” customers behind you, wanting to rush you. The only person who was graceful and courteous was the security guard. Parking was also extremely difficult and tight! I will not return, not even as a customer.

Glad to have an Aldi near downtown! However, the hours definitely need adjusting. Opening at 9:00 AM is too late most people are already at work by then. You’re losing revenue because customers can’t stop in to grab things on their way into the office. Earlier hours would make shopping much more convenient for downtown residents and workers.

Parking lot is small and kinda cramped but store is great!! Usually only one checkout line. Recently all the produce shelves have been super messy and unorganized
