Canceled Move, Damaged Furniture, and Unprofessional Service: Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable — Would Not Recommend
My experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver “lost his license,” asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license—an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed.
I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me—directly or indirectly—despite their promise to do so.
This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration.
I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

Marshun Brown and his colleague were excellent!! As soon as Marshaun walked in he said that I had a lot of stuff! And I did. But without hesitation, he said it’s just two of us, it may take longer than you expected, but we will do the best we can. And that they did. Courteous and gracious are terms I use to describe these young men. Just the day before I canceled movers who were rude and inconsiderate. Without hesitation, I called All My Sons and they delivered!! Thank you for great service and exceptional customer service.

Although the move took way longer than expected, they did a great job at making sure everything was neatly packed and that all of my furniture was safe and secure.
