I’m writing this review before my stay is even over. This is my first time visiting Memphis, and I’m so happy to have had this experience while staying at Arrive. I’m fairly picky when it comes to hotels, and I must say this is one of the best stays. The room has a modern but quintessential feel. The hotel is dog-friendly without any additional cost. I’m not sure who’s having more fun, us or our dogs. The staff has made him and us feel completely at home. And shoutout to Nigel for being the absolute best during our stay. His presence is warm and infectious! Overall, great location with a welcoming staff and perfect for owners of well-behaved dogs.

The staff are super friendly here. This was my first time in Memphis and I am thankful it was at this hotel! They were super nice to our dog, too!The rooms are super charming. If I HAD to choose a nitpicky detail, I wish the shower had an adjustable shower head? But otherwise, wow. I can't recommend a stay here enough!Rooms: The decor in the room was so lovely! I was geeking out in our room and the eclectic and charming lobby!Nearby activities: Very close to the local museums and famous locations of Memphis!Food & drinks: The sourdough toast was *incredibly good!*

My wife and I absolutely loved ARRIVE Memphis. The location is a convenient walk to Beale St. etc. and the property is a beautifully-restored century-old warehouse. I love the concrete floors, doorless shower, exposed conduit and sharp angles of the rooms. In a remarkable coincidence, I discovered the ARRIVE Memphis was designed by Chris Pardo, the architect who designed the Palm Springs home of one of my best friends (apparently before Chris got famous!). The staff is friendly and efficient and the lobby "coffee house" vibe is perfect. Wonderful stay in Memphis!Rooms: Industrial loft-style open floorplanNearby activities: 12 minute walk to Beale St. or short ride on the Main St. trolley in front of the hotelSafety: Main St. Memphis appears to have had its challenges, with many vacant buildings and storefronts. But there is plenty of foot traffic and we never felt unsafe walking between the hotel and downtownWalkability: Easy walk to downtown along Main St. or the Mississippi River pathwayFood & drinks: Fun sports-themed bar in the basement. Great pub food and drinks

Very nice hotel with clean and well designed rooms. The staff was very attentive and nice. Only complaints was the lack of parking, only parking option offered is valet for $30+ a night. We ended up parking on the street which isn’t the safest option in downtown Memphis. And the noise in our first floor room was excessive nearly all night long. The coffee shop in the lobby was definitely an added bonus with a free beverage offered to overnight guests. Overall the positive outweigh the negative for us and we would definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful industrial and retro hotel. The staff and valet are beyond welcoming and so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Memphis just for the night or even if you are staying for a while. We will definitely stay again when in Memphis!

So glad I stayed here! In an excellent part of town near lots of good food and sites to see, without the crowds. Felt like a neighborhood. I even walked to a yoga class. My room was perfect - clean, spacious, and well designed with premium bath products. Comfortable desk to work from. The most delicious coffee. Highly recommend - will definitely stay here on my next trip to Memphis.

Really enjoyed our stay last week. The hotel staff were very friendly and we liked the fairly industrial design of our room. We didn’t know what to expect of South Main but it looks great and we had a excellent breakfast at the hotel, lovely dinner at Bishop two blocks away and a short stroll across to the Civil Rights museum and Central BBQ. That worked!

This hotel was just okay. It has so much potential. Service from front desk was A+ our entire stay and general area felt safe. Cute and satisfying picturesque interior design.Cafe service was below expectations as in not so welcoming, forgetful & slow. Our room was stylish with a modern flare however, when my fiancé turned on the shower, water leaked into the rest of the bathroom. TV remote was not connecting properly. Floors are cold concrete.

We were traveling through on a road trip north with our 100 lb cane corso, stopped to stay over at ARRIVE. This place is amazing!! Dog friendly, service amazing, rooms beyond beautiful! This is my second stay in this eclectic hotel. I am also staying in the Palihotel in Seattle, its sister hotel there because I loved this stay so much. Rates aren't too bad and the place is immaculately prepared for guests.Rooms: Coolest room I've stayed in altogether.Nearby activities: Couple blocks from Beale street. Very nice walking distance from IBIS bar and bishop restaurant. A short walk from slider inn and ultimately located in walking distance from all the main attractions in Memphis.

Would give them 6 stars if I could - Ended up here as a last minute booking after we arrived in the city and found out our original hotel (located in a nearby town) had contaminated water that was not safe for public use. It was a nightmare, and the local residents had been dealing with it for days leaving all the surrounding hotels booked. After a night without any useable water, and other issues with the first hotel, we found Arrive and it FAR exceeded every expectation. Just the best stay, beautiful room, amazing staff, and great location to some amazing restaurants and local bars. It was a little oasis after multiple travel nightmares that ended up making the trip.

I just want to say thank you to the front desk workers and those who are responding to the emails. We made last minute plans to go here due to the massive power outages and dangerous heat warnings as we have dogs. We pivoted plans with neighbors last minute, and they graciously refunded our plans even though it was the same day. They were pleasant and understanding, which is such a rarity in this city. Thank you again, we will definitely be back here first if ever needed.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The staff here is exceptional, the room was nicely designed, the towels are amazing (you can tell a lot about a hotel just by the towels provided). Very dog friendly and still very clean! The bar, restaurant, bakery, coffee shop in the lobby is top notch. Definitely the best hotel in downtown Memphis. Thank you for making our stay during our power outage so pleasant!

This hotel has so many interesting, unusual, and aesthetically pleasing features. It is a converted warehouse but was ingeniously designed to provide a unique experience for guests. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. There is a great coffee bar and drink bar in the lobby. There is also a unique restaurant in the basement of the hotel called Longboard which has 5 shuffleboard tables and a excellent drink and food menu. The hotel is dog friendly. There is parking on the street but there is also a valet service available.

Loved our stay on South Main at Arrive hotel. What a special spot, and in walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, museums, and Beale St.It’s literally less than a block from the National Civil Rights museum which is built into the old Lorraine motel where MLK Jr was assassinated on the balcony. Hotel lobby is a vibe… chill folks having great coffee from the espresso bar during the day or lounging with drinks from the Bar during the evening hours. Not rowdy at all.. just awesome.
