Me and several customers waited in line for 10 plus minutes because the manager argued that because the item had a 50% sticker off on it that it doesn’t mean it was 50% off however when I arrived to the counter it was basically the same issue my items were also in clearance AND had a sticker on them and she kept saying she wouldn’t honor it however once I pushed the issue she then realized she was wrong and decided to then give me the 50% off while telling me to shut up and saying other condescending disrespectful things under her breathe her name was Kirbi and she set a horrible tone for the other employees everyone else remained respectful and communicable while she was very disrespectful

I have never seen a store with such beautiful stuff, have such a bad rapor. My friend took me there in September. When I got ready to check out they had where you can get a credit card 💳. So I filled it out because I have got to buy a lot of things.
Warning ⚠️.
Do not open a credit account with this store. Yes go, but use cash, bank card or another form of payment.
They said I should get my card in 7 to 8 days. I'm still waiting on my card and my bill.
Well this is mid November. Still haven't received a card. All of a sudden I'm getting calls on my phone that my payment is late.
To go on line and make a payment. No problem. I go on line and the first thing they ask is for your ACCOUNT NUMBER.
on that note you can't go any further because they haven't given me a number. So I go to the store. Oh mam we don't take payments here. You have to go on line. Me: I did I have to have an account number. She gives me the number to a bank.
Ok I call the number to try to get an get my account number. Can't speak English well ask for my account number. I told her that's why I'm calling, I didn't get one.
She said she couldn't give me my account no until they verify it's me. I said okay but you have all of my info.
She go over that then say she couldn't give it to me. So I ask for a manager. She get some one.
I ask if he were the manager, he said no but he handle this as well, that the manager was busy with a customer. So I try with him. He couldn't either. Then he said I could make a payment by taking a picture of my driver's licence, ssc, and bank card and post it on line. That's when I ask where the bank was her. There is no bank nowhere near me. All up north. This is still going on but if they think I'm putting my personal information on social media, they are out of there mind. I have never seen any body handle business. Now I am about to call a lawyer to try to get this straightened out. Three months is ridiculous.
I will never shop there again.

I called to verify the status of my order. I called several times and was transferred to a voice mail. I pushed the option to speak with a representative.

Oct 15 , purchased a Christmas tree , open on November 2nd , no tree stand in box , took it back to the store , they would not refund or exchange, stated that I have to contact the company , I’m very upset , my grandson decided to just connect the tree to see how it looked , tree was in 3 sections , I section will not come on , I’m retired on a fixed income , I’m crying , I don’t have $100 to waste,! I feel taken advantage of , why would you not take something back that’s defective , I Wii never ever shop At Home again !!!!

I loved this store, it's so big and spacious it will definitely keep me coming back. They have a wide variety of chairs for desks, homes, living rooms, plants, cushions, and mattresses. You will be delighted to explore it, come with energy because it is immense and there is a lot to see in lamps, mirror paintings. I will definitely return! ?

Every time I shop At Home my experience is always excellent. The store is always extremely clean and the employees are so customer oriented. The selection of items for your home is very large.

As far as I saw, it was a fine parking lot and a moderately attractive storefront. To be clear, I only drove through the parking lot trying to find easier access to a lake by the interstate 385 that I've been wanting to fish at. I also drove through several other parking lots in the same shopping center, but Google didn't ask me to review them.
