I had switched over from another carrier, the whole process was seamless they were very helpful ESPECIALLY the Manager the man. I also added a second line with no deposit, only paid taxes thanks to Wayneisha and the Manager. All of the associates there are especially the dream team.

What brought my daughter and I into the store was the need to unlock my cell phone device for service with a competitive carrier. Tyler, went above an beyond my expectation by probing and asking questions to help me recollect the previous phone number; where the phone was purchased; and my ATT account access, which I did not remember. Tyler was committed to helping me leave the store with a resolution, which was the end result! The device has been successfully unlocked and my cell phone is active and in use, Thanks to Tyler's EXCELLENT Service that he provided on December 11, 2025. Happy Holiday Season!!!

Robert and Tia are very friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. Robert was able to help me resolve an issue I had signing up for ATT fiber for my address. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had an unpleasant experience with one of your sales representatives. The salesperson was rude during the interaction and did not answer my questions properly. As a customer, I expected respectful communication and clear assistance, but instead felt dismissed and not valued. I hope AT&T takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for staff to provide polite and helpful customer service in the future.

The staff is always super friendly at this location and the store manager is both knowledgeable and helpful. I was shocked when I discovered this is not a corporate location because they follow a customer service motto the actual corporate store in town should follow...

I stopped at the AT&T Poplar and Highland store to simply look at some phones for a soon to be future upgrade . I ended up buying a Samsung S25 Edge on the spot. The staff Mr. Robert, and Mr. Shandel were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions diligently.
