“I have been a loyal customer since it was Wachovia. Wachovia had a very friendly and helpful staffs. Since wells fargos took over, the service remains the same or, dare I say, even a little better. The staffs and bankers are all very friendly and understanding. I was greeted with smiles every single time I been here. Can't say the same for the Germantown location. Not one time did this location gives any sort of attitude. Even though it farther from my home than the Germantown location, I always go to this branch. Never waited longer than 5 minutes and extremely helpful staffs. I decided to write this review because I got my wallet stolen and was extremely paranoid. They walked me through process with ease and beyond patience. I appreciate their empathy for me. So I greatly recommend this bank as the bank of choice.”
