Terrible customer service. I was trying to work with LaShun but he seemed like I was annoying him by needing help. He raised his voice at me, talked down to me, and threatened to kick me out of the store. All because I asked to use an iPhone charger, which they do not have somehow in the entire phone store...I was told my only option was to buy a $40 charger, which I was not going to do. When I asked to review my account because I've been thinking of changing my service, suddenly a charger appeared! The manager on duty and manager Tam were not taking the situation seriously. It made me extremely uncomfortable.

I came in to buy a screen protector they had my size but the manager on the clock wouldn’t sell to me because it was for a newer iPhone 😂 wish I knew who the woman’s name was but she hid her face when she was needed. Do better

The store's management is highly inefficient. I won't be returning. We were told by the salesman that we needed the manager's approval for something. Despite our wait, the manager wouldn't come over and asked us to return another time. When we did come back, we had to wait again for him to return. When he did he began chatting with employees for 15 minutes before attending to us. He then claimed he didn't have the authority to approve the request, which was a clear lie. Don't waste your time with this store, especially with the manager. The salesman did his job well, but the manager is clearly unfit for his role.

Went into the store today at this location had trouble with a brand new Samsung 24 Ultra spoke with the gentleman in there and told him my issue he said everybody's having that problem you will have to call Samsung no respect at all did not even attempt to help me just push me aside because he wasn't going Commission from me even though I have been a loyal customer to AT&T will never return to the store again

The union Ave store in Memphis,TN , service that was provided by Christian was excellent. He was very informative of what I needed to know for an upgrade. I was satisfied.with my service.

When you go to the Union store make sure you ask for Lashaun, he is a great rep to help you out and youll leave not only satisfied but smiling as well from the jokes. We need more like that around to make your experience great. Shout out to Lashaun from the Finch family.

AT&T is one of the top Cellular companies. Its brand has been around for over decades. Sometimes the bill can be a little pricey, but the IPhone and other phones are superb. ? ??

Came inside the ATT store to look into getting internet services. Was greeted by Ceejay nice gentleman and very well mannered. He assisted me with getting set up with the new internet service att was offering. Explained everything and had very great knowledge if the product
