Horrible customer service. Said I was due a credit and actually charged my card. Called after I noticed the charges and they said that I had to come in and get it addressed. Branch manager hung up on me 2X. Business internet for 10 years! Mos Def calling corporate and taking this up the food chain!

After receiving my new phone, I needed to bring my trade-in to AT&T. I checked the app and website and saw that you can trade in by mail or in-store. I was hesitant about mailing it because I’ve had AT&T claim they didn’t receive a trade-in before, and I had to deal with that until they found it was still in the back of their office.
I first went to one store, and the representative told me that I couldn't bring it in and had to mail it. So, I called this location, and they confirmed that I could bring it in and didn’t have to mail it. I then went to the second location, waited, and was told again that the trade-ins must be mailed in.
I’m leaving this review to inform others that local offices may not accept trade-ins, even though AT&T provides the option to bring them in. It seems like it might just be the local offices being unhelpful, but I hope this saves someone else the time I wasted.

I went to this store with 3 problems. 1. My wife's phone was in need of repair or replacement. 2. I needed to know how to download an app from Google. #. i was having trouble with an app and needed assistance to find out if my phone was capable of downloading an app or did I need an upgrade. The person that I attempted to explain my problems spent 15 min on a personal phone call as I waited for assistance. Then she spent about 1 minute listening to my request and left me sitting there while she dashed off to do something. No discernable communication whatsoever. Came back 10 minutes later with the same flippant attitude and left me sitting there again. I am at a loss for words to describe how rudely I was treated. If you are interested, I will go back and get her name. I am Michael Stevens 60-year AT&T customer.

To the BIG BACK, bird neck manager: Nicole Wright. She’s thee most unprofessional individual I’ve encountered with. We waited 30 minutes just not to upgrade our phones because ultimately we didn’t want to put new service on our account that didn’t make sense to me or my wife. Then she got aggressive with me made our experience extremely hostile. After her and her associate went to the back for 10-15 minutes (for god knows what) and to leave with nothing but a bad experience and our time waisted. Her manager position needs to be reconsidered because this isn’t the first time she’s been this rude to my family and I. However, the Hispanic young lady was very nice, even she was uncomfortable but still conducted herself professionally. Some sort of manager of training on customer and employee relations needs to be issued or considered.

Nicole and her were the absolute best!! I told her about my experience at the store on 3720 hacks and she made sure I didn’t have that experience at their location. She listened, gave me options and I’ll be back to see them on Tuesday. This will be my go to location from here on out!!

My problem was not completely resolved because I needed to contact AT&T support for assistance with issues only they could resolve. And, between the two, my issue was taken care of. It was a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The Manager and Assistant Manager are extremely friendly and provide a positive environment for their crew who, in turn, make the customers experience wonderful. Thank you.

The customer service rep Leathan (Lee) did amazing by helping answer my questions and giving me the items I needed yesterday. I had an amazing experience when him and it was the best experience with any customer service rep! I would recommend him anytime!

Worse customer service ,very rude representative what they worry about is just to sell a phone ,can’t let u even talk out ask questions was going to switch my service from Verizon but changed my mind with this bad attitude,matter fact went down the street 2 miles and it’s huge different in everything … I don’t recommend this location at alllllll
