Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.

I went into att and I just want to say the manager lindsey was so helpful I had no idea what I really looking for or what I wanted and she explained everything so well and showed me everything. She was so nice never got frustrated or anything and she was so knowledgeable. I’m was so impressed by her and will definitely be going back to see her anytime I need anything done

Manager believes he is too good to help customers and tells them they are busy. There was 1 other customer being help by an employee and manager told us to go to another store.
