Out of all my years of being AT&T I never had an issue with my bill. I just recently switched back to AT&T 2 months ago with my husband on the same plan as I and I’m confused as to why my phone is off and my husband’s phone still works. I will never recommend anyone to switch to this service & the internet service is also trash. When my husband and I switched to them, i had 3 encounters where my phone did NOT dial out or receive any calls and had to go to this location all 3 times which I shouldn’t have to keep going up there. Then yall hired people that don’t know what they’re doing with the customers and giving wrong information like Kenya. My husband and I went to this location for the past 2 months asking why we haven’t received a monthly bill and the gave us bs answers and now all of a sudden within these 2 months our bill is $427 for 2 lines and that doesn’t include the internet bill. I hate this service now and will NEVER return.

WOW!!! What an enjoyable visit today at the Hacks Cross location. A pleasant greeting when I walked in the door, to the exceptional and awesome customer service I received from T'Aira and Shaun. If you don't live close to this location, it would be well worth the drive. 5 stars all day long for both of these fine people. It's good to do business with people wo do good business. Don't miss your opportunity.

So grateful for the staff at this location! I stopped in yesterday to pick up a new sim card. Greeted upon walking in, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and it's obvious customer service is a priority here.
I had attempted another location numerous times and was so grateful to not only see this store open for business, but staff being so helpful, professional, and going above and beyond to make sure my experience was a great one.
Highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be back.

K’Shawn was a big help and he provided perfect customer service. I came in and was immediately acknowledged. I only come to this store because everyone is so nice and very attentive.
