I purchased a F-150 from AutoNext on Wednesday and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was very impressed with their excellent level of customer service! From the initial phone call the week prior (on the weekend by the way, Chris definitely went the extra mile) to making the purchase (Chris and David stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule)... I truly can't say enough! They sold me a gorgeous truck for a very fair price (and I've done quite a bit of shopping around comparing many variables). Great character, excellent product and outstanding customer service... I highly recommend AutoNext!

Went to city auto next to them and was sent here, after an hour or so was shown car that was in worse shape then the original one. I gave them the down payment to start the process then learned that they wanted $372 for 54 months for a 2012 with over 170k miles which would have been over $20 thousand. asked for deposit back and would not give it back, said they would have to send me it. week and a half later i am now being told i need to drive all the way back there to pock it up. i highly recommend you all find somewhere else to shop beside here.

Don’t ever go through this company. Please go somewhere else, you will get a car with low down payment but the cars are trash. Even if you receive warranty, they will not fix your car! Consistent car problems, rude customer service!! I’m only sharing this because I don’t want anyone to get messed over again. Please listen!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very bad experience. No accountability and my vehicle broke down in less than a week. Alphonso is a con. Stephanie is sarcastic and very shallow. I’m currently seeking a lawyer to see if i have a case because the bank wants money for a vehicle the dealership has had twice to work on repairs. Honestly i should have never bought it and they wont give me my deposit back! Do not buy a car from them. It will put u down as fast as you can blink and they will tell you it’s nothing they can do.

This is a very crooked business. And i mean that in the worst way. In the first week of leasing a car the motor went out just for me to be stuck paying a car note and insurance on a vehicle i hadnt had for a full month. Its took days for a manager to get back with me to greenlight another car that has an alarm that goes off every time i enter it. Alfonzo acts nice and energetic on the surface but when hes at fault hes too busy conning the next customer into a lease to care. Truly an example of what it means to do enough to get a check and go home. And worst part is theres no accountability. If you want to know what a scam is stop by autonext. He wont just put you in a car. He’ll put you in a bind.

Alfonzo is great at sales. Very cool guy and helps anyone he can. Very hospitable. But thats where my praises end. Autonext itself is a very difficult company to do business with. Its a relatively small company so most matters are handled by third party (separate) companies that seem to respect only autonext as a partner but they do not have much for the clients that need service. Actually there is no customer service. You get one account representative (who may or may not have time to answer or return your calls) and several companies who youll spend alot of time saving numbers and calling just to find who you’re supposed to communicate with about maintenance, payment, or warranty issues. Staffing is minimal so if the account rep is out there is no one else you can call. Your only option is to wait until he/she gets back despite whatever pressing issues you might need the vehicle youre leasing for. This would be minute, but its almost like they believe we have the funds to order ubers daily while making on time payments on a car that has issues and takes forever to get repaired. Again. The salesmen are great. bt the business could use improvements.
