I took my 2017 Sierra Denali in for an oil change and was promptly checked in my advisor, Laura. The customer service area is newly renovated and accommodating. My truck was in and out in less than 40 minutes!

Had a good experience in buying the truck. Mostly because I knew exactly what I wanted. In reality I knew more about the truck than the salesman; however, the salesman was and has been incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Where it’s been a bad experience has been the fact that I ordered all weather floor mats for my truck and they’re probably $300+ mats. I bought my truck 6 weeks ago and I was told they would be in 5 weeks ago. I’ve followed up with them weekly, not the other way around. Got in contact with a manager finally and he’s about as useless as they come. Customer service 101, follow-up with your customer. Crappy service and no accountability from anybody. I’d rather have my money and purchase them from anybody else than them.
If you know what you want and it’s in stock, they’re great. If you have to custom order something or even order something not in stock, go to another dealership so you don’t waste your efforts dealing with individuals who know nothing about customer service after a transaction.
