I took my Honda clarity, plug-in, hybrid, and to get repairs from being rear ended, My collision estimator Portia Herron was excellent,she explained and showed me what needed to be repaired before they dismantled my call for repairs, letting me know that there probably was going to be more damage found after the tear down. I was given an estimate with damages they saw before tear down And I was given an estimate after teardown she dealt directly with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all the questions I had outstanding service I would. Definitely use AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER / ESTIMATOR and recommend them to family and friends.

Beth Gibson keep me updated on the process from start to finish. She was upfront and honest about the expected time frame but delivered the news with grace. I was informed when parts were ordered, when my car was starting to get assembled,when it was being painted and they even noticed damage done from the towing that I was unaware of and fixed that as well. I am Highly satisfied and Happy with the finished work. The mechanics and technicians who fixed my car did an excellent job!

Where to start
Just horrible
I’ve been without my car for two months and some days and still haven’t received my car yet
I went to them trusting them with my car but that was a huge mistake
Went in to get bumpers (both) and engine shield replaced only
My car came out with more issues than I expected
Car hood light popped up and won’t go away
Next my cruise control option not working
Pre-collision assist not working
Car stalled out
A wrench symbol came on
Something about a power train
5 mins after I got it back
Now there saying I need a transmission
Common now
No communication
You have to call them
Now I’m stuck in Memphis for god knows how long
Beth is a horrible agent
Reggie is okay but the lack of concern is just ridiculous

This is beyond disgusting and sad I never experienced this before from all my years driving and owning cars
I think I’ll be getting my lawyer involved

Received a call saying my car was ready and that I should drop off my rental and retrieve my car. Upon arriving at AutoNation I immediately noticed my hood a not aligned correctly and my front, passenger tire was low. I told Emma (the receptionist who was awesome) about the hood and she stated that the body guy was on lunch and I should leave the car, but b/c I turned in my rental, that was not an option. So I took the car and she said someone would call me. I made it about a mile down the road and my tire was flat and on the rim and would not hold air (something had to happen at the shop). Called the shop and they called a tow truck that took 2 hours to come get the car. While waiting, Brittany told me that the shop would not cover the tire. I spoke with Reggie and he told me the shop would only cover $50 of the $250 tire b/c according to him, the tires were old (my vehicle only has 40k miles on it). It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of Reggie (had to call 4-5 times each time I needed to speak to him) and ultimately had to come out of my wallet for a tire that was in their care when something went wrong. Ironically, on my way home, I was rear-ended and now will be using another body shop due to my experience with AutoNation. They did correct the hood (not sure how they didn't notice it initially) but I would not recommend this establishment.

Great service, was aware of what was going on due to great communication, was easy to work with, did great work! I will recommend to anyone!! Ms. Portia was wonderful to work with!

I received great service from the beginning to the end in the process of repairing my vehicle. When first talking to Portia, she was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed done to my vehicle. She was determined to have my vehicle returned to me in excellent shape. She kept me aware of the process, and I am greatly satisfied with the repairs.

I would like to give a shout out to Portia at AutoNation Collision Center in Memphis. Her & her coworkers did a marvelous job on repairing my vehicle. Very impressive. I highly recommend them. If your vehicle needs repairing please give them a call & ask for Portia. You will not be disappointed.

The convenience of this business is all I have good to say along with Amy the receptionist. Had to call Beth for updates several times. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Complete crooks. First they tried to charge $1000 for four days of 'storage' (not disclosed), but when I elected not to get the work done, they returned the car stripped of both headlights and taillights (not impacted by the accident). Crazy!

John Sayre and Emma Gingery were amazing; can't say enough good about them. All went well; actually a pleasant experience. No joke.
