Took my car for an oil change, had done messed up and drained the transmission fluid instead, I told them I need to take a trip to Tampa they said OK, gave me a rental car that had broke down after driving it for 3,5 hours in Birmingham Alabama, did not give me another rental, and did not pay for the expenses, they told me I should get a hotel from my own pocket and wait for the car in Birmingham 2-3 days and take it back to Memphis because “the car was not supposed to go out of state” when I did not get any rental car agreement saying so. The manager of Autonation did not apologize, was very disrespectful and rude, tried to blame it on me and was lying that they called me back for another rental. The service manager said they will change the break pads on my 2017 Audi A4 for the inconvenience which did not happen. Would not recommend taking my car for an oil change to them again unless you have $1000 you want to spend out of your own pocket for rental cars and ubers when you dont have a car out of someone else’s fault. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Their communication system is horrible! They try to funnel everything through their voice prompt, online, or text system. When that system fails and you finally get someone on the phone they can't help you directly, but will "pass on" the message to the advisor or manager that will supposedly call you back. They had my car Tuesday through Friday morning waiting on a response from me according to them, yet they wouldn't return texts through their system or calls during the week. I finally got someone to call me back Friday morning, and was told the needed part could be ordered to arrive on Monday. When I asked for a loaner or rental I was told it wouldn't make much business sense for them to pay for a car rental. They did make a concession and reduced the bill for about half of what the rental car cost me. I feel their business sense is skewed to their short term benefit, and made me realize I shouldn't take my business to a company that doesn't respect my time, nor deserve my future business.

They were SO curteous with the whole buying process! I came in pre-approved with a super low interest rate car loan from my bank and they tried their hardest to beat it. They couldn't, but they really tried. When my license plate and tags were ready they texted me and had a driver deliver them to me to my work so I wouldnt have to go out my way to pick them up and explained if I ever needed my oil changed, they would come to me, too! Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!

My experience at Ford was great the receptionist was wonderful she asured me that it would not take a long tome and sure enough my wait was less than an hour, she wàs great introduced herself and asked did i have questions also texted me when my car wad ready They had doughnuts and coffee the experience was great

Great place to get Ford car serviced. I was able to get an open recall done. Service Technician SAL, was very pleasant, patience, and open with me during the process and the turn around the vehicle will be done. Also gave me additional information on my new vehicle.

We happened to be traveling thru Memphis on our way to Illinois and had tire problems. We called 3 Ford dealerships to ask for help with our tire. All 3 had some excuse as to why they could not help us. Then we tried Auto Nation, we were told to come in and they would handle it. We arrived and were met with great service. Although they did not have the tire we needed they repaired ours so we could continue our trip. They handled the paperwork for our tire warranty and we left in less than an hour. Great service and friendly customer service.
