Horrible experience! We drove 3 hours on a Sunday to test drive 3 models. Jim, the salesman, had zero interest in helping us. After driving the first car, he said this is awkward, but you should go test drive the other models closer to your home. Seriously! I asked if he could have someone else help us. He said, "Let me check." In the manager's office, I could see three men standing there. After 5 minutes, we left. I'll take my cash and spend it at a dealership that offers good customer service.

I wrote a review October 3, 2023 regarding my experience at this dealership. Sometime later, I received an email that the general manager requested I call to speak to him about my complaint. I did call, was put through to his voicemail where I left a detailed message with my phone number. To this date, I have not received a call from him nor anyone else. This just further confirms that this dealership does not care about poor customer experiences.

My daughter car needed some maintenance so I called to have inspected. After figuring out what could be done, they started getting the car information only to tell me they won't work on it because it is a nissan over ten years old. So a nissan dealer won't work on a 2010 Nissan Rogue? I was told other dealers will work in them but they are all much further away. I would give a one star but at least the person talking to was apologetic.

Don’t buy from this site. they just try hard to tell false promises and don't believe in them! I bought a used car 3 months ago... yes, I know it's used but they offered the floor mats and the handles for 2 doors and I'm still waiting and no one gives an answer, just that "they're still waiting" and I've already been waiting for 2 months

I have to give a shout out to Sonya the service manager and her crew of service writers/employees. They were quick to fix a scheduling issue and resolved it professionally. I was very happy with the resolution and appreciate their willingness to help when I needed it most. Thanks again!!

Steve O(Salesman) and Demetrius(Finance) are VERY knowledgeable about their work! They have EXCELLENT customer service and ALWAYS makes me feel welcomed everytime I come into the establishment! I have bought two cars from here. My first car was a 2017 Nissan Sentra. Unfortunately, after only having it a year, it was wrecked and got totaled. I came back to AutoNation and they took care of me! If your are looking for a car dealership, look no further! AutoNation Nissan is THE PLACE!

I purchased an SUV here on 6/27/2022. It is now 9/3/2022 && I still don't have tags for my vehicle. What I received instead was notice that AutoNation took it upon themselves to TRANSFER tags from a vehicle I've owned for 8 years, to the SUV I purchased in June. This was done without my permission, authorization, or a request from me. As I still own my car of 8 years. I did not trade a car, I did not sell a car. I simply went there to purchase a vehicle, && expected proper registration && tags for THAT vehicle. So recap. After 3 months of back && forth && receiving no tags && registrations for my vehicle... the day that I was called && told that my tags had arrived, I actually received a transfer notice, saying that my current tags to my vehicle or 8 years, now belongs to a truck I just purchased three months ago. AutoNation's solution? That I, as the customer, can go to Shelby County Clerk's office && have them re-issue tags for my car of 8 years, && then remove those tags && put them on my new SUV.. They also offered to pay for my tags, once I go to get them.. MY TAGS ARE FREE, I AM A DISABLED VETERAN. Which they are fully aware of. So to offer to pay for something that is free to me is just another slap in the face. Nothing that THEY can do, it is on the customer to fix their issue. Take time from your job && life to go sit && wait for tags. When all you should've had to do was receive tags && registrations from the dealership where you bought your car. In addition, I had to leave my newly purchased SUV at a repair shop for six weeks, because the 125 point inspection that AutoNation does on their cars is non-existent. They overlooked major malfunctions of safety features, that I then had to take 6weeks from my time to wait for the repairs to be done. On a truck I just purchased. The repair shop said "there is no way that AutoNation did a real inspection, && missed such an obvious problem" to which I agree! They also stated that the truck I purchased was in two accidents, AutoNation claims to have no record of it... After six weeks of waiting for my truck to be repaired && released (after only owning it for 8 weeks at the time)... The repair shop called to tell me that (when trying to use the limited warranty from autonation) they were told by the insurance company that AutoNation never submitted any paperwork for sale of the vehicle, to activate my warranty... WHAAATTTT!!! After 8-10 weeks... no one had finalized any paperwork or submitted warranty paperwork. That added more time between me && my newly purchased vehicle. Because I had to call && call AutoNation to have them submit the paperwork. Which took them literally two days to do, && I was told that It is actually an instantaneous process. That added more days on repair, to order parts && actually do the work. ALSO.... !!!! Not to mention that my bank (where I have my auto loan) has been contacting me, stating that AutoNAtion hasn't submitted the title to them. So as far as they know, I took a loan out to buy a vehicle && never purchased it.. three months later....!!! This place charged me $600+ documentation fee, just to drop the ball on literally every piece of documentation. The managers have offered me NOTHING but dry apologies for "my inconvenience" && brushed me off as if this is minor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their hard earned money, && irreplaceable time. Thank you for reading. The ONE silver lining is the Sales Person, Pat. He has gone above && beyond his call of duty.. to try to alleviate some of the stress caused by his incompetent coworkers. I really pray that he is offered a better position outside of AutoNation, because he is the ONLY reason I didn't walk away completely. Without him, I truly don't see them making much money. The whole staff is missing vital screws.. If you k

Took to long. Promised one time and they went way over the time that I was told. Spent my whole morning at the place.

I would never do business with this company after what they are doing with the new Nissan Z. This is shady and unacceptable business practices. If you can't be trusted to sell at the stated price then you certainly can't be trusted to provide someone with a reliable car or maintenance.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!! My bill came out to be $247.35 For an oil change, engine filter, cabin filter and my windshield wipers replaced. They charged $20 just to put the windshield wipers on and $50 for the windshield wipers. They charge an extra $10 for each service you get and then added an extra $25 for shop fees. I did ask to be told the fees before they did the work and he never mentioned the $10 per service fee. When asked to explain the bill then I was the problem. At one point she just stop talking to me like I was not there. As I go to get in my car I see dirt and debris so then they asked the manager to talk to me. He had them clean out the dirt and told me he was going to send me a coupon for a free oil change. HE LIED. Not to mention I had an 8:30am appointment and I did not leave until 12:30pm.
