After not being greeted, or offered help at one AutoZone location I left. Upon arrival at Bellevue and Lamar location I was greeted at the door, and offered assistance. The store was immaculate. I will continue to do business at this location. Good customer service is lacking in so many businesses. It is appreciated. Thank you!

Service at this location is bad as hell employees act like that dont want to be at work!Was forced to take a return starter instead of a new one as suppose to be!Manager at this location isn’t paying attention to employees or else why would they get away with it!Bad location go somewhere better

Special notes were on an order for pickup for a disabled customer and the manager refused to check at all to see that corporate had permitted second person pickup without card because of the ADA. Walmart shipped my battery direct even though I hate them. Don't reward them for refusing to look up an order ajd costing a disabled person $30 in Lyft fees to ignore what corporate documented.
