First customer of the day and the manager already has an attitude. I can't understand why is it okay to bring your personal problems to work and take it out on your customers. If I matched her energy then I would have been wrong.

bad customer service,the women have the worst attitudes,borderline disrespectful.Barely listening and giving out bad information.i had good experiences until recently,i was there between 2-4pm.whoever hired them need to fire them.but autozone itself is a great store,good prices and products.

Costumer service was Terrible I call to see if you all sold roll jacks that is used to lift up a vehicle and the lady answered the phone and told yes they on isle 2 I asked her how much one was and she told me that I would have to come in and look on isle 2 I’m like wow at this point ain’t that why she there to help customers some people just don’t love their job

Have an attitude early in the morning! Not willing to go check of supplies in the back! Gay Manager doesn't know how to communicate to diffuse situations! He just put more flame on the fire. Needs a whole new staff... I walked up here, and I simply asked if you all could check in a back to see if you all had it! 3 employees told me no, we know our inventory. We are not going to go check, including 2 managers/superior! Sad place of business ?

Super Bowl Sunday, and I had a dead battery to replace. Had to Uber there and home. The transaction was rushed. They sold me the wrong battery. I thought it better to go back Monday morning. And it paid off. Staff were much friendlier and more helpful. They immediately found the correct battery.
Mixed feelings about this store. It's best to go on weekdays and not on weekends, which is pretty difficult for us working folks.

Not at all enthused, very unprofessional, rude and no help @ all. I would not recommend this location. However I've had some great experiences in the past and won't let 1 apple spoil the bunch

Well, I want to give a BIG “SHOUT OUT!!!!!!!!” to a very nice young man Tommy R. Tommy ABSOLUTELY provided me with GREAT customer service. He took care of EVERY need/concern that I had. Keep up the good work!!! This is the store on Frazier Ave. Again, thanks Tommy R. for being so kind. ?
