4th issue in one week. Y'all shipped me 2 bottles of non chlorinated brake cleaner, when it's supposed to be 45%voc. 1st issue was I cancelled an order right after placing and it was confirmed online and received an email, yet you sent it anyway (no big deal) then I try to chat with someone to get a return label and I get disconnected from chat after 1 minute because he didn't want to help me and he stated "it doesn't show cancelled", I provided email transcript and he blocked me after 20 seconds. 3rd I go to return 2 damaged/unused air filters you loosely packaged in a large box, then get denied a refund because I didn't have the exact credit card, yet provided 2 receipts (as noted in your email it states all that is needed is the receipt).

Title: AutoZone Has Serious Issues – Missing Parts, Delays, and Poor Customer Service
I’ve given AutoZone multiple chances, but unfortunately, I’ve had consistently bad experiences. Most recently, I ordered the PowerStop Performance Brake Pads Rotors Kit K5335-36, but when I opened the package, one of the rear rotors was missing. I contacted customer service expecting a quick resolution, but instead, I encountered slow responses and unhelpful support.
Sadly, this wasn’t the first issue I’ve had with AutoZone. A few months ago, I ordered five 1-gallon bottles of antifreeze and an oil filter. When the package finally arrived 10 days late, it only contained two bottles of antifreeze—the rest of my order never showed up. After multiple and back-and-forth emails, I finally got a refund a month later, but the entire process was frustrating and time-consuming.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that some negative reviews seem to disappear from AutoZone’s website. While I can’t say for certain what’s happening, it does make me question how transparent their review system is.
Based on my experiences, I can’t recommend shopping here. Repeated issues with missing items, delayed shipments, and poor customer service make it difficult to trust AutoZone. I sincerely hope they improve their operations, but for now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my auto parts needs.

would not recommend. Had to have my car towed here late at night and the staff was extremely put out by it. they literally complained the entire time. I really have never experienced anything like it lol.

Ordered a time-sensitive item which should have arrived after 6 days (as promised). The item was a month late, and I requested a refund 3 weeks before that. I will only shop at RockAuto from now on.

Ordered 2 sets of fuel injector clips, upon arrival only received 1 clip out of the 10 supposed to arrive, also paid for expedited next day shipping. Arrived days later,. I call the store, NO ANSWER. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! (Mad).

2nd location 16 miles from my home. Only location to have what I was looking for. One individual found the part for me and then told me I would have to wait an hour before someone would be there to help me try to install the part. Then another associate looked to see if he could help but wasn't familiar with it. Told to go to a 3rd location and someone should be able.to help me.
