Jerry Thomas, the store manager, was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a bulb that I bought from his store. He quickly resolved my issue.
I also observed him respectfully communicating company expectations to a new employee..I believe he was being discreet. Im just nosey.
The store was clean inside and out. Everyone appeared to be on point. No one was rude. All customers were being served in an acceptable time.

If I could give this place zero star I most certainly would’ve. I went to this location probably about 45 minutes before they closed and tried to find a part for my car they manager who helped me out ( older slightly heavy) was very rude and wasn’t much help the doors was locked they had to unlocked them for me to enter den when I asked him to come outside to help me figure out what the part was his response was it’s dark out your must gonna protect me from the people. After that I left to go ask someone else what part I needed came back to this location not even 15 minutes later to buy the part and he closed the store it wasn’t even time for it to be closed I told him I’d be right back didn’t matter. Never will return to this location.

I had the worst experience ever at AutoZone on Monday night at 6:30. My battery was going bad and it was under warranty. The manager almost refused to test. When he looked me up, he flirted with me because he’s got my phone number. He then told me they could not come out and test the battery because he was the manager and he couldn’t go outside. He thenput tools on the counter for ME to take my battery out and bring it inside, and then proceeded to tell me that they do not replace batteries at Their store.After I stared and said “no way!”he did do his actual job! But when I left, he had dropped part of the battery holster under the car and told me I should to back it up and get it & He did Not help me fix it! I had to request the help of a neighbor when I got home, who is extremely disappointed with how I was treated! I hate to think that this diminished my view of the AutoZone policy of taking care of their customers! That manager should be fired!
