This Autozone is by far the best in all of Memphis. We drove by three other auto places just to come here.
I especially wanna give a huge shoutout to Curtis and Roosevelt. Their customer service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend out. They were also very entertaining.
I wish every business had employees like these guys, they are awesome!

Giving no star.
1 star is too much. My husband and I went into the store to purchase a couple items for my vehicle. My husband bought 2 rolls of duct tape and antifreeze and placed it on the counter. When the young man behind the counter rung up the items my husband informed me that the duct tape was 2 for $5 and the sign was still back there. The young did not move but stated…that’s old. My husband realized that the 2 for $5 was another brand. Mind you we were the only people in the store the entire time and the employee just stood there. On the way back to the counter; they have a display table advertising all the specials….flyers and a sign advertising specials. I show my husband that they had a coolant needed for my car on sale. We made sure it was the correct item this time. It was on sale for $37.99 and rung up for $10 more. My husband got the flyer to show the sale price. The young man says I have to wait on my manager. He never calls for anyone. After a few minutes I stated is he coming? The young man, on his phone doing something says he’s outside. I look outside the manager looks like he just shooting the breeze. He’s leaning on a vehicle talking and laughing. We stand there waiting for quite a while. Finally my husband ask if he can let the manager know we are waiting on him. He hesitantly gets up from his seat and goes and tells the manager; who comes right in. The manager rings up the items and says it’s $47. I’m like yes but you are advertising it at $37 (we needed 3). After standing there again for a while, the manager says….oh this expired in February. It’s March. After spending way to long in this Autozone he says…I can’t give you this price. Smh.

Marcus provided me with outstanding customer service. I was a bit irritated with the customer service from the other staff members who first assisted me but he was the one who assisted me with checking out. He went above and beyond to make sure I have got everything that I needed and that I made it safely to my vehicle during the winter storm. I appreciate his kindness and customer service so much.
