This atm is down several times a week. There's 3 at the location. The reason this location has such bad reviews and is understaffed is because the manager doesn't do his job. He's rude to customers and doesn't manage the branch at all. During Covid all the banks switched to drive thru. This branch just closed. Although the managers pickup was in the drive thru so they were understaffed. The reason is because the large African American Bank Manger doesn't know what customercare is.

The ATM is down 50% of the times I try to use it. Either it's completely unusable or it \\\"can't take a deposit at this time\\\". If you go into the bank the wait time is outrageous. Seriously two tellers last week, Wednesday, February 23, 1:00 PM, and I had been waiting 25 minutes. Then one of them went to lunch. ONE teller and there were 15 people in line by that time. There were plenty of loan officers and employees greeting you at the door. I waited a total of 45 minutes to make a deposit.

The staff was extremely curiosity for the first time it wasn't congested which it usually is. The representatives were extremely attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them and their knowledge. It's rare to find good customer service even especially during COVID-19

Monday at noon and only two tellers and the line is at least 18 deep. Customers at the account fest are complaining about poor service, customers in line are complaining and a lady is so fed up she walked out

Rarely do I give one star but the sheer lack of empathy is disconcerting and downright beyond belief. This issue wasn't oh no I messed up and I want to blame the bank. Nah, it was simply that I'm traveling and their fraud system reissued my card. I'd like a temporary one which they offer. Coming into the branch, they inform me they have all of one banker and he is booked solid today. When I asked about other locations they said look it up on your phone. Hey I'm traveling and need something done that takes five minutes and at least have the raw compassion to give me some directions to a location that can help.

A great branch! It's large with at least 4-5 tellers and 2-3 financial advisors at all times who are all very helpful and efficient. I don't come here too often but a few tellers remember me by name, which is impressive since my name is kinda long! It's located in an office complex so parking is sometimes annoying, but they do have several drive thru stations as well. Also has an ATM located inside. Good location and it gets the job done.

We love this branch. They're always so friendly and if you come in often enough, they make a concerted effort to remember your name. They may be a big bank, but this is excellent service. The location is prime too.
