First of all, I am unsure if the people that read these reviews actually do something or just reply just to look good and if they do, then it means that the people that work here just does not care about their job at all.Been to this location three times while they are open, all three times they are just talking to each other and laughing out loud. They know people are there and they ignore everyone, work at their slow pace (since they get paid by the hours, not productivity) and say they are on lunch, "all of them".If they all on lunch at the same time, then post those hours when they are open and when they will close for lunch so that people aren't wasting their time.Also, most jobs that require customer service, not all staff go on lunch at the same time, only one or two at the same time. That way the business keeps functioning. Now what it looks like is that these people go on lunch while on the clock or they just eat when they shouldn't I do not know but it is a big issue as people either stand for a long period of time unattended or just walk out and go to a different location. Also, I asked why is the location even open if they are on lunch and they replied with a "Ah Ah!! BABY WE ARE HUMANS WE GOTTA EAT!!!", at that point I just walked out.So if someone does reads this please take it seriously and actually do something about it. If it was possible they would get a -5 rating.

I went to this branch to get a pin for atm card. The staff is very rude. The information that they gave me was inaccurate. They are extremely slow. I went to another branch. They had other people waiting but they were very efficient. The officer retrieved my information and created my pin quickly.

One of the ATMs was broken, it's always something going wrong or being damaged , not the bank fault just the area depreciation. I did go into the bank also and the service was low level I think the banking consultant was just used to speaking with disenfranchised people so she was not even trying to talk in depth about the question I had about my business account. So I decided to go to business bank with another institution altogether.

Jessica needs training on customer service skills. She did not greet me when yelling from her office to me saying you can come in here.. That was very rude to me. She never stated her name during the transaction . Also she was still looking at my account when I left because a question she asked me about my name on my card is what she called me about when I left. I dont understand why she didnt check and correct in my presence.However, Marstia was very professional and kind.

The wait at this location for a 10:30 appointment is ridiculous! Only one customerservice agent is available. Six people were already waiting in the lobby when I arrived at 10:15.
