I was afraid after reading the reviews that we were in trouble since our insurance changed and our previous company would not cover the cpap supplies my husband needed. However I have found this company goes above and beyond. I dealt with Lauren and she has been fabulous. She called our previous provider who had not sent the records after NUMEROUS conversations with them. She called me back and told me she had taken care of this and Baptist received the records. Each time I have contacted them they have been extremely nice and helpful.

From the rude nurse who didn't have time to help me, to the C-pap machine that they told me wasn't recalled(manufacturer replaced it) to billing issues years after the fact, I'm struggling to find something they've done right. Worst experience ever. I'd rather bleed out on the way to Methodist hospital than ever set foot in that building again

I'm unsure about the prior negative reviews of this provider. My family has generally had fairly favorable interactions with most of the employees here. No business is perfect, but any issues (minor) that occurred were resolved amicably in a reasonable amount of time.

STAY AWAY!!! Customer service is terrible, after receiving the wrong mask I wait six months for a new one only to find it had been opened and they tell me this is standard procedure. I’ve been getting my supplies for two years from them and never received an open bag before. This is the last straw with them and I’m finding a new supplier.

This company is very unprofessional I had an complaint about a representative whom is not very customer service friendly and also smart mouth, when her paycheck is counted on her service, and after the complaint to the supervisor whom name is Alice, never really took to account what happened. She acted as if she wasnt a supervisor. Future references I'm sure future will be tuff but goodluck. Customer service means everything (basic). Please remember the customer is not always right but customer is the customer. It's your employees that keep you in business not your product. Other companies out here. GOODLUCK Mrs. O thanks and by I would expect that from someone in 20s not 50s I pray for our babies

The customer service at this company is very poor. The staff is either improperly trained or over worked resulting in unprofessional and inept performance. Either way, this business is a direct contrast to the well deserved reputation of the Baptist Hospital organization.

WARNING to all. Do not use this company. They have a defective ventilator hooked up to my 12 yr old daughter and refuse to do anything about it. Call center won't even forward your calls at night. Your left to fend for yourself. Somebody is going to die using this company.

This company is terrible, do not give them your payment info for monthly payments and expect it to be right. They will charge you as they please for 3 or 4 months at a time in full

I used this company for about a year. Every contact with them was stressful and unprofessional. Fortunately we relocated two months ago and I retained all paperwork from them, including proof that I have returned their equipment. They have called asking about their equipment and after I advise them it was returned and can prove it, they say sorry and they will correct their records, but they never do. I received another call from them today.I strongly recommend you avoid this company, and if you already use them for heaven's safe save all your paperwork

I have use this company for over 5 year now! I can call tell them I need my supplies and they ship them next day. And they are always correct!
