I went here on NYE with my sister to pick up some of my favorite soaps and lotions. Store was ok. Didn’t have most of what I wanted in stock but that happens. What struck me was the absolutely terrible attitude of their employees. No one helping out on the floor. When I went to check out, the lady at the register barely acknowledged me. Then she complained loudly enough for the whole store to hear that she wanted the ‘store to close early because it was NYE and she wanted to be with her family too’ Wow. Sorry to bother you! I won’t be back,

Was so crowded, but I did an online pickup order and I was right out!!! Of course a young lady that works there helped me find a scent that I love and is always sold out online!!!!! So I once AGAIN bought more than I planned???

They took a whole hour + to open the store also the manager working the morning Sunday 01/07/2024 and the employee were rude. The employee stood there on her phone after we waited 10+ minutes in line for checkout. She made me wait to get my receipt while she was on the phone and the manager didn’t tell me her name nor the employees name she just said “I’m the manager I apologize on her behalf, you don’t need to know her name.” Ridiculous behavior.

The ladies who work in this store are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about products. The manager especially is always a joy to see and talk to. She remembers me when I come in and always tells me what's new and suggests clean scents like those that I typically buy. This store is very underrated because it's not as big and flashy as some of the other locations, but don't let that fool you or keep you away. The store is clean, inviting, and well stocked. I appreciate these ladies so much!

Received an email, room sprays on sale $3.50. These are regular priced $8.00 a bottle. So I got $24 worth. This should last til spring. And I had a free reward from points, added from previous purchases. Loving this wallflower nightlight. I absolutely recommend bath and body works for shower gels, body sprays, body lotion and their bodybutter. But this time around I got my room sprays, last week it was hand soaps. So, either home or body fragrances bath and body works got ya covered.

Lena and Lesha are a SETUP .. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM they will help you achieve being broke FASTER! The entire staff is SUPERBLY FRIENDLY and I may have been in there too much because they recognize me now LOL I prefer the Oakcourt location :-)
