I got my battery from her about a year ago it went bad within 3 months I took it back got a new one now six months later now it needed to be replaced again so I called and she told me she couldn’t do anything without the receipt well I didn’t have a receipt because my car got broken into so that’s just almost $200 gone down the drain but I’m sure they have copies of the receipts but I will never spend my money there again it be your own people smh so I advise to get your battery from elsewhere

Jay made sure my daughter and I was good...the 1st battery wasn't good but she didn't hesitate to replace it with a new battery and once I got it and had my starter put on..my truck crunk with no hesitation....very reasonable price
too... it's the customer service/hospitality for me...Great job!! Now we back rolling!!! Very professional..very positive attitude...would most definitely recommend!!!

SLICK IS JUST ABOUT ALL I CAN SAY SHE TELL U WHAT U WANA HERE OVER THE PHONE BUT WHEN U GET THERE ITS A MUCH TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE SHE STATED OVER THE PHONE BRAND NEW BATTERY $80 but when u get there it’s $120 could’ve went to autozone for that price so beware n you’ve been warn smh also she says u have a year warranty unfortunately you don’t after 3 month u have to pay half so it’s not a year warranty

I am so grateful for Jay. She gave me a great deal on a new battery. Did not charge me installation and also waited after hours for me to make it to her. She was also very professional and very kind. She installed my battery's so quick. Not only that, she had the battery that I needed for a newer car. It was such a pleasure dealing with jay at my time of need. She will forever have my business

I saved $150 with coming here. She had me ready less then 10 min. Though can tell this is something sheer had been doing forever. No more part stores for me when I need a battery. She also give you a warranty. If you need a battery this is the place to be.
