Terrible experience! DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY! I purchased a refrigerator that was delivered on 8/26/2021. After struggling for 2.5 hours of trying to lift the fridge into my house they finally stated they would have to reschedule because one of the delivery guys was not physically capable of helping with the delivery. Apparently it was his first day. During the delivery he said he hurt his back and sat in the truck. This left one delivery guy having to move the refrigerator with a dolly all alone. The fridge was not balanced and literally tumbled down my yard into the ditch. My children and myself had to help lift it out if the ditch and into his truck. There is damage to my door, walls, lights, stairs and trim. The delivery guy said he called in a claim and I will here from them in a few hours. This was Thursday. Friday at noon still no call about replacement or damages. I called and get a call center. Apparently you can't call the store directly. The call center said a new fridge was ordered and I just need to choose delivery. I asked about my damages and was told there is no number available for claims I must wait till they call them. I was told they left a voicemail and I should get a call quickly. No one from Best Buy has reached out to me at all. No sorry for the damages, sorry that we sent someone out that was incompetent. Sorry for the delay. Nothing. A big fat nothing. I chatted with Best Buy on Friday at 4:00 and just asked how long I should wait to hear from claims. They said 24 to 48 hours from when the claim was made. The delivery guy started the claim on Thursday. It is now Almost midnight on Saturday. STILL HAVEN'T BEEN CONTACTED FROM ANYONE! Once Best Buy makes the sale. They don't care about the customer.

Please do not buy anything at the Best Buy on Winchester. I purchased a TV and I am having problems with it. I took TV back to store last night and they would not repair, exchange or refund my money. You have a years warranty on product and they did not honor that. The manager is lied and said they would send off for repairs, then came back and said no, call the manufacturer. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. By the way store is closing for good in a few weeks.

Best Buy on Winchester rd in Shelby county Memphis TN needs to own up to their mistakes. They accused me of stealing after an almost $500 purchase & had the audacity to tell me they didn’t know the employees name who accused me. I call BS, who came up to you, the assistant manager Adrienne, and told you. Then Adrienne & the other manager Brogdon ask me what can we do to make this right? My answer was to have the employee who made the accusation apologize to me & they refused. I will be closing my Best Buy Card with y’all & never do any kind of business with you ever again. I will also be making a formal complaint & having the family lawyer handle that situation for me. Y’all have lost a loyal customer of over 25yrs who spends several thousand dollars a year with you. I understand that this particular store is in a bad area & that y’all probably do have quite a bit of stealing going on but the way this was handled was totally uncalled for. You had almost 10 Shelby country cop cars outside to surround me & my vehicle as I was putting my items I purchased into my car & refused to allow me to know the name of my accuser & refused to do the one thing that I wanted to resolve the problem after you asked me what I wanted & that was a simple apology from the accuser.

I do NOT recommend the Best Buy on Winchester Rd in Memphis Tn!!!!!!! They accused my sister of stealing after she purchased over $400 in merchandise then refused to give her the employees name that did the accusing so she could file a complaint with corporate the manager had the nerve to say well we don’t know the name of the employee like ok sure you don’t, they repeated that idk how many times like come on it’s whatever employee that came up to you to tell you someone was

I arrived knowing exactly what I intended to purchase. Waited patiently for quite a while only for employees to help others that came after me. Then was told they were short staffed when I asked for help. All I needed was for someone to get the specific laptop so I could check out. I left & will purchase elsewhere TODAY.
