Absolutely incompetent workers. Placed an online order for my partner to go pick up. He was the pickup person and had his license with him. They still wouldn’t release the order. They called me 30 minutes into the ordeal to confirm he was supposed to pick it up, I confirmed, then they waited 30 more minutes to actually give him the order. I don’t understand the point of being able to list someone else as a pickup person if they still refuse to give the order.

Unfortunately, the entire music section has been removed. Music equipment selection is small as well. John, in the music equipment section is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very poor customer service. Purchased a $2,000 product. Was supposed to be delivered and installed today. So far all I’ve gotten is hung up on, lies, and lame excuses.

I had an awful experience at this particular Best Buy yesterday. My husband gifted me an Oura ring for Christmas, but it was the wrong size. I took it back up to Best Buy with the receipt just to exchange it. When he originally ordered the ring he ordered it online to be shipped to the store. He said the one that came in was the Oura gen 4 but they only charged him for the gen 3. He only paid $389 after tax. Then he realized he got the wrong size so he returned it again in the store and the store manager just price matched the gen 4 since it was their mistake anyways for undercharging him. Well when I go to just simply exchange the ring I have (which is the Oura gen 4) for a different size; they proceeded to tell me they could no longer price match and we owed $164 for the SAME RING I RETURNED TO THEM. I left the store fuming. Customer service was awful and was just ready for their shift to be over. I don’t understand why I needed to pay more to exchange the same thing. Now I’m thinking I should’ve just tried to exchange it without the receipt… then they wouldn’t have known but I’m the bad guy for having integrity. We were scammed out of $150.

Extremely unprofessional how they handle business when it comes to a delivery. Canceled a delivery without informing they customer, I had to call customer service to find out that a refrigerator that was paid for in full on Dec 7th won’t be delivered til Dec 26th almost 20 days for a delivery is unacceptable on every level. I received no call or no apology from the manager Christen Weedon. I will never shop here and make sure my associates don’t patronize this business as well.

There is a young disabled employee deceiving customers he sold us the best buys rewards at 26.99 & lied by charging us regular price $50. I looked at my receipt after leaving and had buyers remorse. We went back that evening and some ill mannered unprofessional know it all employee by the name of Cheis was unhelpful and treated us like we were strays in the street who were lying about what we were sold. She was cutting me off each time I would ask her something. I will never come back to this disgusting place with liars and questionable characters who should not be working in Customer service!

Never done a review on anything before but I guess wearing a hoodie means you are coming to steal (no the hood wasnt on) i kept wondering why employees kept coming to me until the last guy said something to me then I hear him speak into his ear piece "he's looking at".... was my favorite BestBuy never been to any other one before but it looks like that about to change. Come up with a better policy to detect a thief not by what they are wearing.

When I'm looking for a particular item, And I ask someone about its location, I don't expect a walking tour, However when three or four people just sort of flap their hand in a vague direction towards some sign in the middle of the store, it just doesn't seem to really help me out. Not to mention all people look angry and very put out by the fact that they had to flap their hand in a vague direction.
Oh well, I'm sort of glad that online ordering is becoming more frequent, and that AI is replacing these types of jobs. You see, The definition of customer service in Memphis Tennessee, is a bunch of aggressive people moping around like they're angry at the world and don't want to do any real work at all
