I needed help on jeans to find my size that I wanted and not a single person came by to say hi, ask for any assistance or nothing. 4-5 people working and no one. Saw one lady helping someone else and the just standing around or making sure shelves looked good on the women’s side. I went online to order a pair of jeans that I wanted in the size I needed. I love shopping at stores, but with the lack of customer service, I went online. I love Boot Barn, but not a single person talked to me.

This place is pointless you can’t get a hat shaped you can’t shape your own there hat shaper is never there and these guys are rude and in professional and most people that work there dont know the difference between stone washed and pre washed jeans

I liked the selection of clothes and their in-store prices were even better than their online prices. Wish their selection of women's boots were larger.

Too big of a chain with way too many “trend” options. I get that they’re trying to appease newer trends in western style, but there’s nothing like a good suede jacket. Too many shirts, it’s not Walmart.
