“As soon as I walked through the doors at Barefoot Bride, I knew I had found my people! The pink walls, the teal couch, and all the disco balls instantly set the vibe — it just screams fun and welcoming.
I worked with Ro and she absolutely nailed it right from the start. She took my measurements, asked thoughtful questions about the look I was going for, and I showed her a few inspiration photos. Amazingly, 2 of the first 3 dresses she pulled ended up being in my final top 3 by the end of the appointment. She really understood the vision.
The owner was also incredible. She was always within earshot and came over several times to help zip me into dresses, offer styling tips, and give honest, helpful guidance about what worked best for my body and overall look. You can really tell how much they care about making the experience special.
They also had so many accessories to help bring the look together — detachable sleeves, belts, necklaces, earrings, tiaras, and more. I loved that everything is off the rack too, so when you try something on, it actually fits! No awkward clipping dresses in the back to imagine what it might look like after tons of alterations.
I ended up finding my dress and it didn’t break the bank, which was such a relief. And the sweetest part — the dream sleeves I fell in love with weren’t available to order, so the owner generously offered them to me at no charge and suggested my seamstress could use them to make matching ones or I could even wear those! I was honestly so touched.
It’s little gestures like that that make the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend Barefoot Bride to any bride looking for a fun, supportive, and truly special dress shopping experience.”
